Terrible experience at this pharmacy. My doctor called in a prescription yesterday and I even called this morning to confirm that it was ready. The lady I spoke with told it was. I leave on my lunch break to pick it up and the tech at the window tells me the order hasn’t been delivered yet. I told him I called earlier and was told it was here, he said nope, not here. I then asked if he could call to another Walgreens and see if I could pick it up at that location since I was short on time and on my break from work. He said “ yea I can call around later but I’m not gonna do it now.” Very helpful. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said “why do you need to talk to them? I said I’d call later.” I again asked for the manager and wouldn't you know?!?! My prescription was all of a sudden ready to go! Beyond rude and lazy lady staff. Don’t even want to do the bare minimum

I went to this Walgreens to get a passport photo. The poster on the wall advertised both the paper photo and a free digital copy. I was told despite the advertising on poster, they do not give out digital copies. Their excuse was that their digital copies were poor quality. I asked if I could do it anyhow and put the digital copy on my thumb drive to check it out for the quality, but they said I have to buy one of their thumb drives to do this. Really poor customer service. I asked if they had the phone numbers to other nearby Walgreens so I could check if other places would do it. They told me they did not have the numbers, but I could Google it. Sort of hard to believe they don’t have phone numbers for other Walgreens stores. Again, the customer service was really really horrible.
Went to different Walgreens 2 miles east. They did it with no problems. Nice staff. Quick in and out. The free digital copy gets emailed to me. Hmmm. Other place never mentioned email. Only that they don’t do digital copies. Same company but much different experience between these two store.

If I could give zero stars I would. Today August 17th on Saturday of 2024. Lilly the manager said Walgreens doesn’t honor refunds with receipts. “ I asked is that you saying that or is it Walgreens” she says it’s Walgreens. So as I’m walking out the door they literally have a sign that reads. Without original receipt they can provide you with a W greens card for the lowest amount advertised. Bringing this to her attention she told me she still would not honor it. Walgreens fire this lady, and get someone who actually cares. My 6 month old son needs the right formula and because it was super late when I got it I didn’t ask for the receipt. Whatever happened to the customer comes first. She also said “they told me not to return it” who is they? Walgreens like you lied on them the first time… Roxanne who is the cashier there was talking to a customer about the situation which is unprofessional. I would fire her too.

This location has really gone down. The customer service is so bad. The people hired there do not like people much less themselves. Focus on better hiring and training for customer service. The two women you have in the front are a disgrace to the Walgreens name.

I will never go back to this pharmacy. The Hispanic guy that works there does not have any respect for privacy for peoples medication. He literally yelled out my prescription in front of other customers telling me that they didn’t have it stock which he could have pulled me aside. I don’t care privacy is privacy if I wanted anyone to know what medication I am taking I would’ve blurted it out myself. And I didn’t even get an apology of acknowledgement from the person that did it. No concern for situation. That manager has a nasty attitude and had no concern for the situation. Very dismissive. The young lady at the front did an amazing job and I hope she gets surrounded by people like her. I will never go back to this pharmacy.

Usually an ok place to get essentials, but just remember they are not 24hr any more, contrary to their lighted signage.

As someone who works in customer service I understand how stressful and annoying work can get, but the guy who works at the pharmacy has a nasty attitude. I would never treat someone lithe way he treated me. I walk in, he wasn’t even busy and points out his finger at me to wait, then proceeds to have an aggressive attitude, at that point I was just upset. the older lady pharmacist is always sweet though, I just hope he treats people with respect, I don’t expect good customer service if you’re busy or stressed, but at least don’t treat people badly

The pharmacy area has a very strong urine smell in the sitting area. They really need to do better at cleaning this place up. It’s a shame no one smells it! Terrible ?

If I could give this store no stars I would! The manager didn’t issue a refund on a PayPal Prepaid debit card when the client was unable to activate the card she purchased. They must be manipulating the card activation at the cash register or part of a scam! Beware do not purchase prepaid cards at this location.

Have had several issues with prescriptions here, primarily getting an out of stock (not their fault) prescription filled once it is back in stock. It’s like a black hole and I don’t have time to be calling all the time making sure they fill my prescription. Taking my scripts elsewhere…

Started film photography this Jan and wast buying Kodak film for 7.99. After I purchased several rolls the price mysteriously and only at this location jumped up to 12.99. Whoever made that decision and also the decision to not make this location 24 hrs must have went to school for how to lose customers.
