Reyna is very racist . She didn’t greet me I said below she ignored me she seemed upset. As I was being rung up another non black customer she perked up in energy and happily greeted them ??♀️??♀️ very distasteful

Understaffed pharmacy with no sense of prioritization or efficiency. Will now let customers sit at the drive through for 25 minutes while a prescription is filed rather than helping other customers. I have been coming here for 21 years but it's gotten so bad recently it's time to change.

Let me start off by saying that my recent experience at Walgreens was beyond disappointing. I came in for a product listed on their website for $1.99, a steal on clearance. However, when I got to the store, it was marked at a whopping $6.99!
When I politely asked Anthony, an employee there, if they could price match their own website, he outright refused with a "No." It was baffling and frustrating, especially since I know ALL retail honors there online prices if it were cheaper online than in store.
This level of inconsistency and lack of customer service is unacceptable. Any other retail store would have honored the online price without hesitation, but this Walgreens failed to do so. I was a Walgreens shift lead, and I would have honor it without hesitation.
I've been a loyal Walgreens customer for years, even after leaving the company. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth. It's disappointing to see a company not stand by its own policies and make its customers feel like they're being cheated.
Until Walgreens addresses these issues and improves its customer service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. This kind of treatment is simply not worth it.

Unfortunate..I have a special place in my heart for Walgreens.. but apparently their management isn't up to the job..(makes me wonder if they hired too many people from Eckherds?) The Emergency Room sent the Prescription at 5am..went at 10 am they said it would be an hour maybe an hour and 15 minutes, they would text when it was ready.. it was 1:20pm when it was ready and they go to lunch from 1:30-2.. and then they act like they don't know why people are going elsewhere to fill their prescriptions..I won't even go in any longer because it upsets me listening to all the customers complaining..not to mention the stores are all getting progressively dirtier and dirtier.. and this location went from a 24 hour pharmacy location to having less pharmacy hours than the grocery stores.. I hope they are able to regain their footing..

This Walgreens is discriminatory towards people of color. I walked in this evening to purchase a drink after my workout session, and I was dressed in workout clothes, including a hoodie and a workout bag. The security immediately told me that I should leave my bag in the front, and I questioned and asked why I should because I saw others with much larger bags than me walking in the store. I felt uncomfortable and the cashier, raised his voice at me and told me this is not discrimination. “You have to leave your bag.” I felt extremely uncomfortable and singled out and embarrassed, because there was a line of people waiting at the register. I will never stop shop at this Walgreens again and neither should anyone else who does not want to be discriminated.

Let’s talk about the pharmacy. My usual Walgreens was out of an urgent medication I needed so I decided to call this one. Bridgette Jacobs, one of the floating pharmacists came to the rescue!! She was able to pull major strings for me to get me my medications. she even called a separate pharmacy to pull everything together so it was super easy for me. She filled my meds in like 20 min I swear! She is a major blessing!! If that was her assigned pharmacy I definitely would switch locations!

One of the only Walgreens that's still open 24/7 and they're even open holiday (including Thanksgiving and Christmas. Selection is what you would expect at Walgreens and the employees are very friendly.

Incompetent. I needed a prescription transferred here and filed a request online. After two days without word, I went by the pharmacy, and they had no idea. They took my information and said to come back the next day. I did, and the employee had no idea that I was told the previous day they’d transfer the prescription. They said they would do it immediately. The next day I called my old pharmacy, and they said Walgreens never contacted them for a prescription transfer. Went to a different Walgreens, and they completed it in 30 minThey also do not answer their phones.

Never thought I’d be reviewing a drugstore but here we are. This location is terrible. The pharmacy wait is consistently long and I’ve been put on hold for extended periods only to be hung up on. The store is also consistently out of normal items; I never manage to walk out with everything I came in for, without exaggeration. There are also frequently folks loitering on the property who make it feel unsafe. Would be embarrassed to work for corporate, because it’s painfully obvious they do not resource their stores. adequately.
