A pharmacy with very bad service, they take too long, they are and live in a Hispanic neighborhood and they hardly serve in Spanish, if you can, don't buy anything

I had to change companies because of the bad service they gave me when I asked for someone in Spanish and very rudely and poorly educated they simply hung up on me and I felt very discriminated against and humiliated and it's not worth it, they should have more professional people!!!! Please do something please!!!!

My experience with walgreens on quitman was terrible. They don't explain any thing on the phone, they only hang up on you when you ask to speak to someone in Spanish.

So I was on hold for a good 15 minutes while someone kept picking it up and immediately putting me back on hold without saying a word to me, then they pick up and I ask if they have a specific item and immediately just say they don't and didn't even go check, everytime I go to a walgreens and ask for it they go check and they find it or they don't.

The cashier has terrible customer service, don't look at her name, otherwise I would pin it here and I will never go back to that Walgreens, as well as other employees, they are very despotic, if they don't like their job, they shouldn't work there, it's a fatmacy where the majority of Customers go to look for medicine and be treated with respect and kindness. What a shame for Walgreens, they should check their employees more and have more training on how to treat customers and if not, they like that they should look for another job where they don't have to see people.

This pharmacy has come through consistently. We switched from HEB Heights because they were often out of stock and took 12+ hours to fill prescriptions. Happy with the communication and efficiency here for the past 4 months.

They are often out of the prescriptions I need so I end up picking up from a different walgreens. They also take forever with their covid test results. I've been waiting 8 hours now. When I go to the Tidwell location I get results in about an hour.

The worst experience with the pharmacy. I came to pick up my prescribed medicine for iron deficiency tablets to ensure a healthy pregnancy. The pharmacist (an Asian man) refused to fill my prescription and told me to eat meat instead. Literally assuming the role of my Dr. I was stunned and decided to leave.

The WORST pharmacy experience!! A month ago I waited in line for 20 minutes for them to turn me away when I made it to the window 5 minutes before closing. Tonight, dropped off my prescriptions at 4pm. The young man stated they would be ready by 5:45pm. I arrived at 7:30pm and he said they were not ready. That they also weren’t even in the system! No apology. No explanation. Just shrugged his shoulders. Now I get to be in excruciating pain all night long after being at the emergency room for 8 hours today all because they don’t know how to do their job. Unacceptable!

The printing on the perscription bottles is often unreadable which is often a problem when phoning in for a refill..You have to check your bottles before leaving. They have twice filled a perscription I no longer take and didn't fill one I requested.Once you walk away there is no returning it.

Excellent customer service Gabby! After booking an appointment online for my daughter a booster shot once I got to the Walgreens on Lockwood they advised me they were not going to do the shot because they did not have any more vaccinations....on top of driving all the way there the lady had a bad attitude! Call this store on Fulton Gabby assured me they did have vaccinations and that I can drive and get my daughter's booster shot done today! I did. Thanks Gabby!! Very nice excellent customer service and knowledgeable

Today 7/18 I called about a prescription around 6pm. I called two other Walgreens before this one, both gave me really bad attitudes for no reason at all. I simply called to get a prescription for my son and I was desperate. However, THIS Walgreens picked up the phone immediately and the lady on the phone, I didn't get her name. But I thank her and want her to know she made a difference in our lives today by simply doing her job and being nice. It doesn't cost anyone anything to just simply be nice. She helped me and said it would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. It took me quite a drive but I didn't mind and the guy at the window was nice as well. Thank you guys, I know how much thepharmacy is understaffed and overworked but thank you for still trying, today it didn't go unnoticed.
