This pharmacy is the worst, they are unprofessional, rude, keep you on hold for the longest. This store need to have monthly meetings on how to treat customers. I’m never going back.

I dont recommend everyone to go to this Pharmacy on Martin Luther King, I drop my daughters prescripition off at 10:30am and still waiting after 4:00pm still nothing and my daughter really needed her medicine

Walgreens Pharmacy on MLK at Belfort is a terrible place staffed by rude and unprofessional staff members. They answer the phone, then hangs it up on you. This Pharmacy should be closed and not ever allowed to reopen. They never have prescriptions ready. They call you and tell you that they are ready, but when you get there, guess what they are not.

Call the pharmacy three times they pick up the phone then hang it up. Never answer but you can hear talk in the back ground. I have been inside the store service is terrible.

I just have to shout out this location! I unfortunately had to go get a COVID test, and this was the closest location to where I was with available appointments. I registered and went up and nothing in the system. I showed them my confirmation and still nothing. Well after further investigation; I had the wrong date. The wonderful Pharmacist Melba went above and beyond to try to get me register yesterday, but it was to no avail. The day was not available anymore. I was there for about 40 minutes and nothing was able to be done. I went today and she remembered my name and everything! I appreciate the fact that she went ABOVE and BEYOND to try to assist me yesterday and today was speedy and efficient! This location has a jewel working in their location.

I came here today and Jackie was in pharmacy. I guess her and the lady she was with had some kind of problem before we had made it here. They yes THEY attitude was very nasty/rude and to say the least disrespectful towards the customers. Even after all that an EMERGENCY came up and she was a HERO. THANKS
