I can not say enough kind words for the wonderful pharmacist DM. She administered my 12yr son (whom has aprexia) his vaccine today. He was very nervous and has an intense fear of shots, she was patient and kind. The staff at the check out was a really kind. I am happy I chose this location.

Got in an argument trying to purchase a Star Wars black series action figure that I saw on a rack and not on the shelf. The manager on duty will just say initial P refused to sell it to me because there was no price even though I showed her the price label in the toy section that matched item. She still continue to argue with me I asked her to call the manager she said she was at church couldn't reach her I said well let me talk to the regional manager and then she said wait here and I left was left waiting for 15 minutes. She finally came back and said she could sell it to me but she have to sell it to me for $26.99 which is about five dollars more than their own sticker price shows you can see the pictures very poor customer service from the manager on duty for this day they do not honor their prices as shown on the shelves as shown in the picture and very poor attitude from the manager on duty!

Each pharmacy visit I have encountered has been upsetting. Customer service is horrible, they hate their job. Waiting time is ridiculous, and they are always having to close on regular business hours or do not have the medication prescribed

I have never, ever had a good experience at this pharmacy. That is saying A LOT. My medication is always wrong, not available, not 'covered', supposedly, although my insurance carrier specifically tells me it is, or worse, it is never READY (despite the fact that knowing that they are consistent at being awful, I call in and CONFIRM it is ready before traveling there). It is truly BAFFLING and beyond words how bad this pharmacy is. What took the 'cake', however was that for years I had problems with them, changed pharmacies for four years, then changed back during the pandemic ONLY because they have a drive-thru pick-up window at this location ... and they have NOT changed! How is that even possible? Then, almost as if to add insult to injury, this time around as a customer, I was not told until after two or three months of battling with them about pick up and my meds not being being ready, or having been returned to stock, etc., THAT THEY ACTUALLY OFFER DELIVERY! I wish I had the energy to explain in further detail all that has happened, but truly, if I start to cover how atrociously bad some experiences have been, my blood pressure is probably going to skyrocket solely in the recounting. Trust me when I tell you, however, that the mentality of the pharmacist and the attending pharmacy staff (save for Diondra who is great) seems to be entrenched in making a purchase or pickup of medication as difficult as it can possibly be. Perhaps they have something against their employer - who knows, but the pretty terrible service speaks volumes about how unhappy they seem to be in their positions. (Something to note is that one of the ONLY two positive reviews, is about the store, not the pharmacy. If that review were not present, the pharmacy would likely have ONE star - and one, only because Zero stars is not an option).

I want to personally THANK DIONDRA & ALEX! If they didn't know the answer, wouldn't stop trying. They prompt, friendly, intelligent and amazing in customer service and knowledge of prescriptions. I can't thank them enough for all of their efforts! Thank you for all your effort!

Awful. Uneducated employees who most certainly were picked because they are able to work for minimum wage, and not due to their customer service skills. One tech only replies with 'mmmhhm'. Seriously? Negative 3 if it were possible.

Please see my notes I put on Walgreens comments regarding Walgreens pharmacy, I didn't know it would be two separate places, Walgreens n Walgreens pharmacy. Please refer back to the Walgreens comments the pharmacy is a mess and sick people don't have time for them not to know what the heck they r doing!! We have ur medicine, no we don't, it wasn't called in...The worst was I had called to make SURE it was there n ready when I sent my daughter to get it, she was told they didn't have anything for me. I called directly n IT WAS THERE!! I'm disabled n rely on my children to do the running around n they work n have their own lives n things to do!! With gas the way it is n going back n forth to Walgreens cause they don't know what the heck they r doing is crazy!!

Thia is one of the friendliest Walgrreens that I have ever been to! The managers are doing an awesome job keeping the employees engaged and they are very knowledgeable of where items are in the store! Keep up the great work!
