I would give no stars if I could. I am appalled at the way I was treated at this pharmacy. I have used it for years and never had a problem until recently. My daughter takes a liquid suspension of a medication that is a controlled substance to control her seizures. If she suddenly stops this medication she will have seizures, possibly ones that could send her to the hospital, cause her brain damage or possibly kill her. I ran out of this medication three days early and they refused to fill it as it is a controlled substance. The pharmacist and store manager were SO rude to me about it. There was no suggestion of options, just a flat out no. She stated that it is Walgreen's policy to not release a controlled substance earlier than the prescription states. There was no consideration that the medication is liquid suspension and it isn't always easy to perfectly measure and it can spill. There is obviously NO consideration of the consequences that this could cause someone. I understand there is policy and law for these types of medications but maybe corporations and their employees need to reassess the big picture and their liability.

Great customer service! Deisy was very helpful & patient with me on getting makeup products that I needed. Definitely recommend coming here.

The pharmacy staff are mostly friendly. A few have been short with me, but I know customer service isn't for everyone. I work in customer service and coach my folks consistently, so I understand some folks just need to be weeded out. They get prescriptions ready fairly quick. If I get a notice that my meds will be ready in a few days, I call them up and they get them to me usually within 2 hours. Train up or train out the bad seeds and you'll have 5 stars.

Zero stars! Don't even bother coming to this store, I don't think anyone works here. Never been able to get my curbside order delivered to my car. I always have to go inside and go look for an employee for over 10 mins so I can get my order. Just close the place down already!

If I could rate this zero stars, I would. The service here is absolutely terrible! I went to get a covid test and was forced to pay $129 when I have perfectly good insurance. When I asked why I had to pay when it’s normally free, the girl working at the pharmacy gave me an attitude. My test was supposed to come back in two days and came back in four instead. I believe that the girl held out to turn in my test. When my results came back it was positive. I got tested two more times when I got my results and it was negative, so I feel like the girl tampered with my test… Not only that, but when I called the pharmacy again trying to have a better understanding about why I had to pay that much for a covid test when I have perfectly good insurance, the pharmacist was very rude to me. Even though this Walgreens is close to my house, I’ll be going elsewhere .

I RARELY leave reviews because I understand the customer service industry but this was just plain rude by employee Desiree. I walked in the store around 7:30am to grab allergy medicine. I was waiting in line at the designated area for the cashier Desiree to walk up. I know from previous work experience in high school that you have to log into the computer with your credentials to starts checking out the customer. So I am standing there respectfully honoring that time for her to do that. So she logs into her computer, goes on her phone immediately, walks around behind the counter, kicks a few boxes around, goes back on her phone, stands there drinks her water, goes back on her phone and I'm literally there waiting for MINUTES mind you while she SEES me until the manager walks behind me (who I thought was a customer at first) and ask ME, "are you ready?"I say "yes but I'm waiting" and look at her and ask patiently "are you ready?" And she makes a face and says "Yeah". My question is if you saw me standing there waiting on you respectfully and honoring your time to get logged in and all that stuff then WHY didn't you say something like I can take you next or good morning are you ready? Or something? You just had me standing there for no reason. I was looking on my phone but eyeing her the whole time to be ready.

By far the WORST Walgreens Pharmacy I’ve ever been to. I’m in customer service and never want to see any establishment get bad reviews but this place is awful! Long lines and they won’t sell certain items that every other Walgreens on the planet will sell, no questions asked. If you’re looking for helpful people and a caring pharmacy, you might need to travel a couple more miles because this one isn’t it!! Never again!! I hope and pray they go out of business soon just so no one else has to deal with the level of discourtesy and disrespect I’ve endured here TWICE!!

If you want horrible customer service and a door shut in your face this is a Walgreens for you. If I could give it zero stars I would. I don't even think it deserves this one star.

Horrible customer service from the manager herself. You can't miss her. She's the one with short hair to her ears. Make the extra drive to Jones road if you have to and avoid this location.

The management at this store is horrible. On July 29, I went to the store to pick up mediation from the pharmacy for my mother who has a terminal cancer. I forgot the pharmacy shuts down at lunch time. So, I did some shopping and patiently sat down in the waiting area for 30 minutes. Another customer comes up and is very frustrated that he had to wait the 5 minutes he was in line behind me. When the pharmacy opened back up he walked in front of me and said he is in a hurry. I explained that I am to, my mother is sick, that I need to get back to work, and that I had been waiting 30 minutes. I stepped back up in front of him. He grunted and sighed the entire time I was waited on. After I paid, and as I left the counter, he calls me a "******* a******* loud enough for everyone in the store to hear. I said sorry but I was in line first and in a hurry too as my mom has cancer and needs her meds. At that moment, I feel the pharmacist should have refused him service for verbally accosting another customer. Plus, the store mandated the wearing of a face mask due to the pandemic and he didn't have one on. Everyone else in the store had to wear one, but apparently he didn't have to. The pharmacist helping me didn't even tell him not to talking like that to other customers or say he had to wear a mask for service like everyone else. I went to the store manager to let him know what happened and as I'm talking the manager the customer approached and said he hopes my mother dies and called me more names. The manager didn't ever ask the man to leave, refuse him service or make him put on a mask. I requested a refund on all the items I had purchased and said I'd never be back to shop in this store. The customer said he was glad because he wouldn't have to see my ugly face again. Still, the manager didn't say anything to him but told me, "Oh, well, we hate to see you go. Let me get your refund." Another customer verbally accosted me and management didn't do anything to protect the innocent. Another person who was in line came to check on me and conveyed the same story to the manager, still he was willing to see me go rather than the cussing hateful customer. Plus, it was okay for him to be screaming and hollering without a mask on during this pandemic and against posted signage. I don't know why the staff were afraid of this man to the point they mistreated everyone else in the store. I have done business with Walgreens for decades. My mother has gotten lots of medications there due to her illness. Neither of us will ever go back to the store or the chain as I'm sure they are learning bad management from higher ups. The manager should have taken action on several levels. He should be fired.

I love everyone who works here. Very helpful and patient. Great customer service! I always get my makeup essentials here plus anything I need before going to work.
