They got us in without an appointment for the flu shot and Kelly did a great job. He was quick, knowledgeable and a good listener. I'll be moving my business to this pharmacy.

Pharmacy in Walgreens store in memorial is a very poor quality service . I went personally at 6:00 pm to this pharmacy and after I filled up a form ( with the name and telephone of the pharmacy where the prescription were ) they promised to call up first thing in the morning to the another pharmacy ( nearby ) to transfer the prescription . I went at 11:30 am to pick up the prescription and after waiting in line for more than 30 minutes they tell me to wait and I waited for other 30 minutes and they said that they had not called to the another pharmacy . They told me to go back at 4:00 pm to pick up the prescription . I'am not sure if they will have it by then ...

The pharmacy is the worst. Didn't mix our child's antibiotics so pharmacist clearly didn't check.

There seems to be a void in placing a refill for a prescription and acceptable pickup. I called in my refill on Saturday morning, the automated system said it would be available for pickup Sunday. On Monday, I received a phone call from the pharmacy letting me know my prescription was available for pickup. I went today, Tuesday, after work to pickup my prescription only to find out it wasn't going to be available to pickup until tomorrow after 10. This is a recurring problem with this pharmacy.

Terrible. Pharmacy staff would argue with me that they didn't have a prescription from my doctor, then after I confirmed with the doctor Walgreens would argue some more until they finally found the prescription, happened many times. Staff would argue with me that my insurance card was the wrong card for prescriptions, would refuse to call the insurance company, I'd have to call and the insurance company would confirm it was the right card. I got used to getting a call or text telling me my prescription was ready, only to be told I needed to wait 15 minutes while they filled it once I got to the store. They never once honored my vaccine appointment times, would wait and do everyone with an appointment across an hour's time all at once. This Saturday was the last straw. I called my usual Walgreens pharmacy to refill a prescription, was told there were three callers ahead of me, then two, then one, then it just said pharmacy staff was assisting other customers. After over 30 minutes on hold, I drove up and went inside the Walgreens, only to find the pharmacy shuttered, with a handwritten note saying it was closed indefinitely and directing people to the next nearest Walgreens. I called the other location, and they said they could not transfer my prescription, and refused to escalate me to anyone who could do so, refused to give me the name of the district manager. Transferring all my family's prescriptions to CVS.

Why is this pharmacy so slow? The other Walgreens have you drive around and service the other people if they are waiting to get your prescription ready. This has poor management and not efficient.

Ordered and bought through the app and said my order is ready to be picked up at 10:40pm.... App states the store is open 24hrs but when I get there they were closed at 10pm.... WTH update your app/system!!!
