It’s almost comical how inept the pharmacists are at this location. I switched for. CVS here and it’s been nothing but difficult to get confirmation on vaccines. I will call and be told they do have a vaccine, then when I arrive they will say they don’t have it. It’s happened for the same vaccine twice. Maybe it’s best if they check their daily appointments and see what it is for and call the person to cancel before they arrive. Or maybe their pharmacists should know better before they answer the phone. Scary to think they manage life savings medicine for others…

One of the worst pharmacies I have ever been to. The drive thru is the absolute worse. You guys should open up the right lane for the people who don't want to wait in your long lines.

They put me on hold for 4 times, I’ve been holding for 15 minutes and still have not been helped. Definitely will be switching to CVS!!

I wish I could give no stars. At first they say oh we don’t do Covid testing and a pharmacist said this to me oh but when I show my appointment they go oh ya we do Covid testing lol Just very unprofessional at this place and rude and they just act like they just work up. Don’t go here!!!

Wow. Ok. I see why all the bad reviews. Was thinking about changing my pharmacy so I called to ask a couple of questions. Sat on hold for 8 minutes with music playing (no big deal. I know. I'm not the only person.). The music stopped and I sat for another 5 minutes in complete silence before I got hung up on. Guess I'll still with my current pharmacy.

Incompetent pharmacists and technicians. Gives incorrect and inconsistent information. Waiting times on phone and in person is ridiculous.

I had a very bad experience recently at Walgreens 77077 passport photo center where in the past year at least we got photos for passports 3 to 4 times. This time we called and confirmed over the phone with a lady I guess that they still do the passport photos and that day photographer is available till midnight. But when we visited the store we have told they never do passport photos. when I told them that we just confirmed over the phone and came, the attendant said he/she whosoever I couldn't make out, was the only one to take the call and said well we don't have a camera to click photos. when we requested if he/she can take the picture from a cell phone, agreed first when we offer our phone to please click us a photo and we will pay whatever charges to take the print from here only, as we always have in the past, he/she, African American refused and said, I don't touch your belongings, sounds so racist. We anyway said thank you and left the store with a very rude and bad experience. He/she didn't even suggest any other location or tried to help the customer who visited their location only because they confirmed over the phone. Really never had such a bad experience.

Be prepared to wait in your car at least 15 minutes in the drive thru. How long does it take to say "how can I help you?" And grab a bag? Do better

the pharmacy department gets a zero rating from me. I've called multiple times and have been put on hold without agreeing to be placed on hold then after about 10 mins of holding they just straight up hang up. Ive had to call the store and ask to speak to a manager just so they can walk to the pharmacy department and tell them to stop hanging up on folks. monkey behavior at this finest. Walgreens if y'all can't handle the call volume look into a call center. my sons doctor called his meds in around 10 am. when the clowns finally decided to stop playing on the phone and actually answer they stated the meds wouldnt be ready till after 6 pm lol a complete unprofessional joke.

Do not trust what you see on the website about their stock. It is not accurate. The employees are not able or are unwilling to do anything to affect it. I needed a pediatric nebulizer mask. The website showed that it was in stock at this store and nowhere else. So I came over here, naïvely believing it would be available. It was not, and no other Walgreens store in the area had one in stock either. I asked the pharmacist several times if there was anywhere else that she could check in the store for available stock. She was totally disinterested. She did ask if I could order it for shipping. By that time I was frustrated and tried not to blurt out how I really felt. If I had been able to wait for it to be shipped, I would never have driven to the store. I needed it tonight. No thanks to Walgreens.

STAY AWAY!!!! This is the WORSE Walgreens I have ever been to! They never answer the phone, keep you on hold all day, and it seems no one is competent, not even the pharmacist. I had to call over a 2 day period over 10 times and come up here multiple times over that 2 day period just to be given the run around each time. The first day the pharmacist told me that the doctor hadn't sent over the prescriptions for my 3 children. I called the doctor and verified that the prescriptions were faxed over the night before, confirmation and all. Then the doctor resent them after several calls to the pharmacy. After that the pharmacist told me to come back at 7PM and all the prescriptions would be ready. I asked if she was absolutely sure and she reiterated yes. I come back and not one prescription is ready. She asks me to come inside and wait an additional 30-40 mins after I already waited 20 mins in the drive-thru and even then I wouldn't get all the medicine because they didn't have it and needed to call around. Okay, cool. I come back the next day after calling and confirming that they have the medicine just to wait 40 mins in the drive-thru and be told the medicine was not ready and could I come in. I go in and still the prescriptions were not ready and even one of the medicines that they supposedly had was not there either and they had to order it. It's just ridiculous, no wonder I started using CVS years ago and always stick with them. Definitely will not be coming back here. I can't believe all the headache I had to go through just to get half of my prescriptions.

Worst pharmacy with incompetent staff. Have been waiting here for over 45 minutes although I got a text saying my medication was ready. Not because it’s crowded but just unable to find where they kept my medication

If there is 0 star I will give 0 star . The organization in the pharmacy section in this location is very very bad. I had an appt for a vaccine at 3pm on on oct 30 th 2022. I checked in early and waited, and waited and waited. Other people who checked in after me were called while i continued to wait. The staff and the pharmacist were very rude when i asked why i was still waiting. In the end i gave up and left after 35 Mins.
