This is the worse pharmacy i have ever had to deal with. I have been on 2 meds for anxiety and adhd for over 20 years: I have always picked my medication up at a Walgreens pharmacy - they are the only pharmacy I have ever used. I have lived in Katy for over 25 years and recently had to move my medication to this Katy Walgreens because it was closer. BIG MISTAKE. The pharmacist “Tran” and the gentleman pharmacist are so unbelievably rude. They will find any and all discrepancies in your prescriptions just so they can control whether or not they will fill the script for you or better yet make you wait until you are completely OUT of your medication to fill it for you. I understand - really I do - that They must be completely under the STATES RADAR for controlled substances? But there is no need to make a customer feel less than and there is no point in being RUDE to a customer. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again and I hope that other people that do go here - think about switching pharmacies. It’s not worth it to me to be treated in the manner I was treated by the pharmacists at this Walgreens,

Just avoid their pharmacy - delay upon delay. Pain medication prescription submitted by my doctor early this afternoon. Over 2 hours later, no status. I call and find out they will not have it ready until after 3:00pm tomorrow - but get this, they have it in stock but they have to wait on their central location to fill it! Wrong on so many levels - just avoid this place.

‼️‼️‼️WORST SERVICE‼️‼️‼️Horrible manager. Jun 13 2024 the person at the front door (woman) was so disrespectful and pushing everyone to buy quickly bcs she wants to close the store before 10pm!!!!‼️‼️‼️‼️

Received voicemail saying my prescription was ready on Monday 3/18. Went to pick up it on Thursday 3/21 as I did ran out. And was told it was not ready come back tomorrow or if I needed it today go elsewhere as they were closing. Ask how was it possible for an automatic refill prescription not be ready and what about the phone call. She looks at me and says I don’t know. No accountability or ownership that they Walgreens failed in there process. I was the one that needed to find a 24 hr pharmacy or come back and wait tomorrow. FYI the pharmacist in charge was there working so tell me why couldn’t you fix your mistake and make it right and fill the prescription .

Pharmacy Dosent let they’re clients know when they are out of stock on a medication . My son has pink eye and they didint even call me to tell me they didint have it !

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Pharmacy stated that they were out of stock for a medication for three months. When I asked them to check other pharmacies, they said that none were available in Houston. I called the pharmacy down the street and they had plenty in stock. How can you call yourself a pharmacy and mess with someone’s wellbeing like that? Today I called and was put on hold multiple times, finally someone asked after 30 minutes to say it was out of stock. ?
