This has become my go-to Walgreens even though the location is not convenient to me anymore. Tiffany, one of the pharm techs, has been absolutely amazing and has the best customer service that I have ever seen in retail. She has always followed through on her promises to update me on my prescription that is frequently on back-order which has been so appreciated.

Funny looking tall guy with the pig tail braids had an attitude and didn't understand when I asked him where the restrooms were. Seemed like he was on something. Horrible customer service. He also eats while he's taking customers. Unprofessional and gross

Let stay out by staying I have been a customer for over seventeen years but the visit before this one I had already started the process of transferring my RX's. This lady visit was just a confirmation I was doing the correct thing because I pulled up to the window and after giving my info. I was told they were to busy to have my four year olds RX that has both ears infected and phnemonia. He said I would have to come back tomorrow although I had called to make sure and I was told her RX would be ready at 3:30pm and I pulled up at 7:12pm. I purposely called to make sure so I would not have any issues but still did.

This is why Amazon is winning.I entered the store to find an item. They had some in various sizes and qualities. The inventory was a mess with SKUs scattered all over the display, making it hard to see what was in stock among the varieties and what the price were. I ask for help and the friendly but under trained staff really couldn't do anything. The associate had a mobile computer that should have been able to look this up but seemed to give her only errors when scanning the barcode. She went to check somewhere else to see if a nearby store had them. Before she got back I had the item located on Amazon and the order placed for delivery tomorrow.For many items I like to see the item before purchasing so I go to stores. But the merchandise to be in stock to make a purchase. But being a showroom for Amazon is not an effective goal to guideWalgreens in merchandising their stores.

I honestly just use this Walgreens to hold my packages. The other reviews are correct, the store is empty, it's like 2 1/2 ppl working, lines be long for no reason. I just watch as I'm waiting on them to bring my packages.

I arrived at 9:40 p.m. I asked for help and a Cachier told me to wait and when he heard that they would close in 5 minutes, I went to see what was going on. Who could help me? He told me it was from the pharmacy, even though I was in the cash register, and he told me to wait because someone would come. of photo but that it was already late that minimum had to be 30 minutes before closing to be able to print. What it really seems is that they don't want to work, anyone's time is valuable, they could have told me when I asked for help that they couldn't make me wait until they made excuses for me

Impossible to reach by phone. 30-45 minute wait at most times of the day. Horrible customer service. Inconsistent answers from not only clerks and assistants but also pharmacist. I have been coming her for years, but will be switching to briargrove pharmacy after spending 5 visits (due to no answer on phone) trying to pick up a prescription. Really some of the worst customer service I have had in my life.

First time on this Walgreens.It felt as if the place was low on stock in general, but that’s probably just my perception.I got a couple of frozen pizzas and the guy at the register told me about a $0.50 pizza promotion. I was blown away. $0.50!He ran and grab it for me, there was only one left.But just that gesture was enough to show what customer service is all about. It takes nothing to give a good impression.Wish I knew the employee’s name, he deserves a raise!
