Walgreens should not be questioning doctor prescriptions for their patients. Go elsewhere.

Practicing medical without a license is against the law Walgreens, I would suggest you fill the upcoming IVM scripts without cause… Would hate to see your pharmacy shut down due to breaking the law…

The pharmacist at this place is practicing medicine without a license. Walgreens Corp. needs to take a look into this, as well as the Texas state medical board & AG Paxton. Denying medication as per safely prescribed by licensed physician is illegal. Reading through other reviews here confirms this branch is poorly run. Probably best to seek a family-owned compounding pharmacy.

Very pleasant and professional pharmacy staff. Went above and beyond to accommodate me. Although not my neighborhood store, I will be utilizing this store for my meds. Thank you Ms. Jeri and Tory.

Why is the Pharmacist Jeri Jones at this Walgreens allowed to override the orders of a physician, thereby causing harm to the patient? Don't go to Walgreens to fill your prescriptions.

Since when do pharmacists get to refuse to fill a doctor's prescription for an off label use? I have a bunch of friends and family in that area, so I will make sure they go somewhere else for their meds going forward.

Deanna is very rude and trifling. I asked her if there were any 12-packs of Charmin left and she put her hands on her hips and said "does it look like there's any left?" She presented herself as the store manager too, and I don't think this is very professional behavior from someone like that.

These pharmacy people can never get it right. I’m leaving this one after about 20 years (too long). After going two mornings in a row, telling me my prescription would be ready, 3rd morning the lady with the red hair and glasses says, “Oh the reason it’s not ready is we have to order it for you.” Well, why didn’t the two previous people tell me that? I asked if I could get it at another Walgreens. “No, they’ll have to order it, too.” I called the one on Voss, they said yes, we keep it in stock, can fill it today! Changing to this one going forward. Way overdue.
