Can't tell me the price for a prescription without me sending them the prescription. So I have to order, before they can tell me how much for their product. You can't just provide insurance information.

Horrible customer service. The staff is rude and uncaring, they often act dishonest when you bring up a sale, and they actively try force you to pay full price as if they think that using coupons will cause them to lose money.
