Calling in to refill 2 prescriptions from another location in another state. The person I finally reached was most helpful and address my concerns for the refills. I highly recommend this person in the pharmacy. I would fire the auto attendant

Very slow to fill up medication. Other wallgreens do it much faster. And not too nice about it as well

When it comes to compound medications or something non standard people at walgreens are clueless, sending between their branches without checking nor giving the right information.. very disappointed and will be changing my pharmacy

I went there for a second booster with an appointment and waited almost an hour for my turn. This location was not busy at all, and since I filled the form online so I thought I would be done in 15 mins. At the counter, she gave me the same med form which I filled out online, but the person asked me to fill it again because she needed a physical copy for the record, hmmm Anyway just sat there for 45 mins and was then called by the employee to have the booster, which took only a few mins. The person who gave me a shot was very kind but seemed concerned that she was behind schedule, but again the place was not busy, or long lines were there. I will try a different location next time.

Not to be confused with Floorgreens or Ceiling-greens, nope, this is Wall Greens. This is the Walgreens in the fancy area of West University, down on Weslayan and Bissonnet. It's a little friendlier than the one down the street at the Buffalo Speedway intersection. It's not bad and I come here on a fairly regular basis. I'd say it's pretty average but with the very very high prices it's hard for me to give it more than two.

While this place or hit or miss I do rely on the photo which has been reliably timely and saves me from waiting an extra day. It's not the best photo production but it works in a pinch and the app always provides some good discounts.

This location of Walgreens, which I only use for the pharmacy, is what made me switch my allegiance to CVS. I told the pharmacy assistant that I was having a hard time hearing her because she was also speaking to another customer behind me and when I said that, she began to raise her voice to the point of yelling. When I asked her to call the insurance provider she would not. I'm not writing this review after only one experience, rather I have been coming here for over 10 years and finally had enough of the rudeness and lack of attention and respect for their customers. I feel incredibly and valued by them so they shouldn't miss me anyway.

This is the worst Walgreens I have been to ever. The lady even took her name tag off because she saw me writing a bad review. I was told my prescription would be ready tomorrow and then what do you know! They said it would be three days and I need it by tomorrow. The pharmacy here is trash and I'm not coming back. I can't believe the line and then the way I was treated by the employees. And they all had different answers for when it would be ready, so frustrating.

The pharmacy is always fast. Usually 15 minutes if you wait. The ladies at the pharmacy are always very nice and courteous. I forgot my ring at the pharmacy counter once and they called me right away to let me know.

Extremely rude people, don't go here... and to that guy who commented up there^^^ the drug store sells cigarettes because they want to make money. Also, nicotine is a drug, idiot.

Marshall was the best, but he has retired. Anne is great, and she always has been.
Excellent pharmacy, and the new PIC is a really good pharmacist as well. Fast, courteous, and precise prescription service. A++.
Probably the best Walgreen's pharmacy within a 5 mile radius.
