My review is actually no stars. I had a prescription electronically sent for my ADHD med to this location, was told it was delayed, was asked for my insurance info.and then told I would be notified when it is ready for pickup...that was June 28th and luckily I had some meds to cover for a few days. Come July 7th and rationing my last pill plus being beyond frustrated, I called the pharmacy for a third time to be told that they don't contract with my insurance company, but they understand my frustration?!
The fact that I waited over a week to be told that is beyond RIDICULOUS AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My med cannot be transferred pharmacy to pharmacy, a doctor has to resubmit it and with Beryl hitting, I had to submit an emergency Rx be written and CVS on W. Mt. Houston Rd was able to dose and have it ready same day.
Save your time, frustration, and anger...I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT USE THIS WALGREENS.
To the pharmacy team here, your disingenuous "We understand" means nada when peoples minds and health are at stake. Two words, DO BETTER!

This is the only location by my house and I'd still go to the one that's far from me. They told me they would transfer my prescription to another location due to me not having my bottle. Moral of the story it took 2 days just to get my prescription. And I only got it because I went to a different location and talked to a higher power , not God but you know lol.

I was in line waiting to check out and the shift lead Yolanda refused customer service to a customer for using coupons. She said she is only willing to help "paying customers". I have been in here several times where I have physically seen her act rude towards customers. She is an awful employee. And I am very upset at walgreens for allowing someone so hateful to be a face of your company. From here forward I refuse to even spend a cent in this store.

Conveniently located. For the most part, friendly staff at check out. Now, the pharmacy is a whole different story! They are SLOW!!! And they don't mind you waiting.... Photo department is hit or miss. An easy and quick way to get pictures off your phone using their department! Did you know you can print from Shutterfly using their photo department? Check for online coupons or ask for store coupons with your purchase! Beware of homeless or beggars at this location.
