Very aggravating. One of the employees had decided to turn everything that should be SPOKEN into ad-libbed SONG!!!! She was at the Register, Mgr was right there watching & hearing. Then the gal went to do work elsewhere, incl photo counter. Continued the damn singing. Sang in front of Boss including "I don't care if they don't like it." Then, when she finished with a photo customer, she had to sing "I can help somebody else,"I'm thinking she's on a manic swing & missed her meds this week.

Very disappointed at service provided for developing a 35mm film roll. 1- dropped roll on 9/15/22, took 3 staffs to process order but received a date of 9/30/22 for pictures to be ready for pick-up. 2-stopped by early Oct but pictures were not received by store yet. 3-stopped by on 10/21/22 and was told by staff that film roll was still in store and had not been sent off, he reassured that he will be sending off that day, he also offered a discount once pictures were ready for pickup. 4-returned to store on 11/16/22 hoping to finally receive photos but staff said photos were not ready yet. When I asked what the update was he said the system was just showing "processing." He said he would have to call Fuji for more details. 5-received a call on 11/16/22 by store staff and was informed that, roll had been returned to store around 10/21/22 by Fuji noting roll was "un-processable" but the staff that tended to me on 10/21/22 returned it to Fuji anyways. When Fuji received the roll a second time they discarded the roll. I asked why would they discard a roll if it was not processed and why not just return noting that information as clearly the first staff didn't even see that noted anywhere in the system. The staff on phone said he wasn't sure. I maintained my composure and asked what will happen to my photos on the roll that I captured?! and staff answered, I'm not sure. I asked what was the resolution at this point and he didn't know that either. If you can't process a roll, don't offer the service!

they always have an Attitude in the pharmacy they are slow same excuse year after year too busy not enough help also too lazy to help a customer it's the worse location it never improves been going there for years i live near but i am tired and so is my family we are going to go to CVS better it's alittle far but worth it for sure

I recently moved from GA to TX (2 weeks ago) and needed my prescriptions filled at Walgreens. I had been using Publix prior, who were great, but my experience at this Walgreens was far opposite. It took a 4 day process of going back and forth between the pharmacist and my physician . Walgreens to finally acknowledge reception of the prescriptions, 3 days after the physician confirmed it was sent. Walgreens then filled the prescription and asked me to pay $226, never asked if I had insurance did my insurance card btw, for a medication that cost me $10max to fill at Publix through OptumRx. I was thorn informed prior authorizations don't transfer from pharmacy to pharmacy and I would need a new one completed (further delaying my refill for 2-3 days). Turns out this was all BS and prior authorizations are tracked nationally and available for review by all retail pharmacies! I finally involved an associate from UHC/Optum sho contacted the pharmacy on 3 way and, for lack of a better term, set them straight on how they should conduct business as a licensed pharmacy. I'm waiting to hear back if I will be reimbursed for the medications I filled. Not holding my breath tbh. Overall, I couldn't rate the initial experience with this pharmacy any lower. Unless this whole situation is rectified, I will never use this pharmacy again. We shall see!

I went to the store and was treated horrible by Emily. She was very disrespectful and rude and didn't even care others customers were around. She have no customers skills, even acted like she was going to come out out the counter and physically hurt me. I am sure the have all on cameras. Disappointed and disrespectful

Customer service is ok, place looks a it dirty as webs hang on the ceiling and the carpet looks really dusty. Good thing their workers know what they're doing.

Customer service at the pharmacy is pretty bad will not be coming back here ever. The young lady at the pharmacy counter was rude for no reason. It was really unwarranted. I stood at the counter for what seemed like forever while 5 people just walked around talking to each other but not even saying "we'll be right with you". Not only that when the lady got to me she was completely rude and what makes it worse is she spelled my name wrong on the form and said it wrong. When I let her know it was Rachel she caught an attitude with me. It's Rachel for God sakes how hard is that. What makes it worse is that she was the person to give me my booster shot my luck I know. So I couldn't really let her know because I didn't want to get jabbed multiple times by "accident " not only that I been here for an hour waiting and I was in fact on time for my appointment and then proceeded to make me go last. Update: had to ask the pharmacy manager to give me the shot because I didn't feel comfortable with her doing it and he was able to resolve the issue. He was super friendly and he understood I was a bit uncomfortable so he helped resolve it. Shout out to him he took this from a 1 star to a 3 stars.

Cashiers have always been polite and patient when I walk in. Thankfully they are usually stocked with the random items I need to get. I give a 3 star because of the pharmacy.... The pharmacy in general is not the best. Aside from always having to wait in long lines, they lack customer service. I've been given the wrong prices multiple times for the same medication that's paid through insurance. They don't seem to update your personal info either.

I don't want my cosmetics burning by the sun. They should close the drape at sunset hours at least to protect these stuff on the top shelves facing east. I came to this Walgreens store to take care of a nature's call. Then, I decided to do a quick grab shopping. I really enjoyed watching the monitors on the high tech coolers. It was too fancy, so I skipped. Store was pretty spacious and clean. Customers were very cordial. Cashier was accommodating with my request for price match. Come to find out, the price on the website matches after coupon discount. Ah. She was nice to take $2 off without issues.

New year so new health insurance plan and new pharmacy for the Mrs and I. We chose Walgreens from many pharmacy options because this location is the closest to us. So far, the service from this Walgreens exceeded expectation. Everyone was so helpful and nice. We had no issues transferring our prescriptions from CVS. By signing up with their notification service, we get e-mails and text messages when our medications were ready to be picked up. In addition, e-mail includes the cost of each prescription, so no unhappy surprise at the pick up window. Our interactions with non pharmacy employees were friendly and helpful too.

This store is a good place with friendly staff. The Pharmacy staff is competent and advises you on certain issues.
