Worst pharmacy ever. I came to pick up my daughter's medication. They said it's not ready. I was like whatttt. I called to refill 2 or 3 days ago and they said it will be ready the day after that. Now, I came and they said not ready to pick up. Worst pharmacy ever. Don't come.

Stay closed!!! This place is a freaking nightmare to deal with getting medication filled. The pharmacy workers need to be fired immediately for lack of customer service and highly offensive attitudes.

This pharmacy never has my monthly refill in stock… feels like it’s just carelessness when they say the same thing every month, we’re waiting on the delivery truck tomorrow, when it’s shipped to me filled and ready for pickup at the store.

I went to pick up a prescription, I was second in line, one girl helping the customer in front of me, she must have been new because she didn't know the first thing about customer service, she was asking the customer questions in segments, and looked confused doing it, a guy came to pull my script and after he found it she walked over to check me out, told me to put my card in and she walked off, I asked her if there was something she needed to do so I can pay and leave, she said I needed to talk to the pharmacist, after waiting for a while, the pharmacist came and asked if I had any questions, I said no and left, the employees there seem to not care or appear to be lost, the lines build up quickly and there is no sense of urgency to help the customers that actually show up, I see why this location is rated so low on Google, I'm actively looking for a better pharmacy.

Not the first time (but definetly the last) I've had to wait over a week for a prescription. Also waited on the phone for a status update over 15 min!! the first time, I was hung up on and had to call back. These pharmacist here are just rude!!

On hold for 10 minutes for a simple question. Several times pharmacy staff answered and immediately put me back on hold. Unacceptable. Will not use Walgreens pharmacy.

I came to write a review and realized that not just me, but most people left bad reviews. Today around 11:35 am, I went to this store got my things and went to pay! Said to the lady “ hi “ then I said “ how it’s going “ Finally I said “ thanks “ she has never responded❗️ If she doesn’t respect her job and customers why she is working here❗️weak people who act like her??♂️Give the job to people who respect it!You should pay attention to skills and personalities when you hire people if you need help with that let me know I will help you for free!

This pharmacy sucks. Be prepared to wait 2 hours for a prescription. Come back and find out it wasn’t filled and they need another 4 HOURS to fill it.The techs have no sympathy or common sense. I would wait in the car line and none of them could give me a straight forward answer. The pharmacist doesn’t care or talk to people. They all talk with such arrogance.I’m in heavy amounts of pain and they would rather fight with you than fill the gosh damn prescription.Leave and go to the Walgreens on Barry Rose. They are 100% nicer and don’t fight with you to fill orders.

just had an interaction with a claimed “manager” at this establishment where he proceeded to curse me out, call me numerous slurs and openly admitted negligence towards preventing the alcohol sales towards minors/third parties. will absolutely take this into consideration moving forward and be contacting the appropriate offices immediately.

Horrible service at the pharmacy. the pharmacist is rude. Her name starts with the K….and the staff don’t know how to do their job. My mom waited for 2 hours just for the vaccination with the stupid excuse that they were confused by the online paperwork…??. My prescription has been delayed for 3 weeks and still they didn’t refill my order. It took forever for them to answer the phone and they even couldn’t tell the expected pick- up time. What I got is the rude response for both in store and on the phone without details or explanations. And it took me only 3 days to get the same refilled prescription order at the other Walgreen store when I decided to switch to other location. Staff should be more trained in both technical and customer service.
