When have I ordered products, if they are boxes or in a bag, everything is open and cut, and if it is in a bottle, everything is crushed and the products are overflowing, I do not recommend ordering products in this store.

I've been coming here for 20 years and Always greeted at the entrance, nice at the rigester checkout, photo shop was so much help, pharmacy is always busy but pretty fast in taking care of you & nice . Make up are helpful with coupons for my make up and misc. I'm in and out - My go to store for everything!

Came to take passport photos. Was told first time my shirt was white so it will blend it in the background. That’s good, I changed to darker color. The big lady said it’s still too light. The pictures came out good and theres no problem with it. Are the staffs here dont have the common sense? Or they just want to make customers life more difficult? Waste so much time in this store

THE WORST!!!!!! WONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINUTES AND SOMEONE PICKED UO AND HUNGUP ON ME. CALLED THEM AGAIN, WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MINUTES!!!

Bad service... more than two hours waiting for my medication... Because they don't check in their system if they have the medications and let them know and not waste time... Terrible service

I’ve been shopping at this Store for over a year, the workers are awesome and always busy working. The customers who leaves negative comments are what is wrong with this world. I’ve never had a issue, but I’ve seen some other customers how they treat the workers, maybe the workers should rate them

bad service now I went shopping and used digital coupons and just because I used my dad's account he said it was illegal and he didn't want to give me my reward he treated me like a thief when I just wanted to save it was the most horrible service I have been going there for a long time And that has never happened to me. I have a video of how he treated me. I would like to sue that person. She is a racist white lady.

The Blackhawk location has poor customer service in the pharmacy department. The staff have no urgency when it comes to services, some staff have horrible attitude, they give conflicting information about available medications for pending refills and delays. This location appears unorganized making for long ines and wait time. They answer the phone and immediately place on hold never hello hi welcome to walgreen just an immediate pause to music and then they pick hold please then place you on hold again after about 10 or 15 minutes or so.

The staff are slow, which would be fine if they weren't also incompetent. I made an appointment for a specific vaccine, and upon arriving they very slowly gathered my information and then made me wait 45 minutes before realizing they had run out earlier in the day.

Been going to this walgreens for years and never encountered a yelling employee at the pharmacy. I called in to ask about my mental health medication not being filled and the employee (M) stated that it was not filled due to it being $200 and I didn't have insurance as the reason it wasn't filled. I was confused why having insurance or not made a difference since I have been getting it filled. I asked if it was something new, she stated it was policy. I was already driving to the facility to go through the drive through but insisted on going inside to find out more about this new policy. The employee (M) came from behind the corner YELLING AT ME AND CALLING ME A LIAR when I asked to see the policy and the supervisor (A) stated that we were being emotional. All I wanted to do was get the 1 medication that was ready, but (A) came back with the unfilled meds w/o my knowledge, which kept me waiting even longer. There were drips of customers, so they were not busy when I came in. I was so embarrassed and highly upset as I suffer with and illness and can't take this level of anger from others w/o retaliation. But I took deep breaths and closed my eyes. I made a call-in complaint the next day, then received a call from manager 9/8. I was advised that they will "talk" with her. The whole treatment I received was unnecessary! I will no longer use this Walgreens pharmacy.

TERRIBLE experience at the drive thru. Came to get a covid test that I signed up for with an appointment, and it took a whole hour! Irene and her trainee did not know anything about the test being free if you don't have insurance, which wasted so much time for myself and those who were waiting behind me. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Called ahead to ask if they did passport photos they said yes. I asked again if the camera was working and I was told yes and I said I was on my way before hanging up. I got to the store with my 2 month old just for them to tell me. We asked if they could verify because we had called 5 minutes before coming and the employee didn't even bother he just kept saying it wasn't working. It's hard enough to take my baby out but to deal with the lack of communication and lying from the employees is unacceptable. If you don't wanna take the pictures just say so.
