They say they have medications in stock and then they don't and cannot tell you when they will come. Even when they have your medication, they delay filling prescriptions for days for absolutely no reason. I have never written a yelp review before but I was so upset by this pharmacy I felt I needed to. Find another pharmacy. They are incompetent. I have never experienced this before.

**DO NOT RECOMMEND** Location of the pharmacy made it an ideal neighborhood choice. Grade A for location and an F for everything else. Tonight was one of the worst pharmacy experiences I have witnessed. My wife had ordered 4 prescriptions and went to the drive through (I was in the passenger seat) to pick them up (Walgreens app showed 1 was ready, 2 were in process and 1 was out of stock, coming soon). She was told that the 1 out of stock and time to restock was unknown (which is another story). The pharmacy technician proceeded to report that 1of the other medications would not be available until Monday after 4 pm. My wife sternly (and very upset) told the technician that she needed the medication today and asked to talk to the pharmacist. The technician walked away to what we thought would result in the pharmacist coming to the window. After a few minutes, the technician returned with an update (no pharmacist) that the medication would be ready in 20 minutes. Why does a customer have to press (or become upset) to receive a prescription that was in stock? Walgreens needs to update their front line training to arm technicians with accurate information since they are mainly customer facing. It is not fair to customers or the front line pharmacy technicians. Until this location updates the training of their pharmacy staff, we will not be filling our prescriptions there and are looking elsewhere.

If you really want a chance to test your patience then this is the place for you. Long lines coupled with poorly trained employees is a sure fire way to make you wish you had just taken that drive to any other Walgreens.

dropped off prescription and was told to come back back in 1 hour, 6 hours later and still not ready. dont know how this walgreens is still in buisness with all this bad reviews

I would’ve been semi ok with the high prices I guess - after all it is a drug store. And not left a review. But seeing the cashier eating a bag of chips when checking me out / between customers definitely left a bad impression on me. Luckily I dropped 2 of my items directly into the bag - but she did touch my bottle of water. Something so simple - you need to do better!

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy. They have a full line of people inside and only attend the people at the drive through. Only one of the three registers open.

I arrived at 8:45 to have the shade pulled as I was rolling down my window in the drive through. I honked but received no response. I drove around to see the doors being locked. I rolled down my window and was told they were closing early.I wasn't buying a soda...I was picking up meds my doctor called inat 7:30 for an emergency I am having.Horrible customer service. Don't use if it's life or death.

The pharmacy staff needs to tone their attitude down. Especially the one with the coat. If you hate your job so much, quit.
