This used to be a great pharmacy years ago until all the outstanding pharmacists and technicians left. The people they have now are horrible!! I've received messages multiple times that my orders are ready, i get there and nothing is even close to ready. They simply don't care about their customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The pharmacy helps me ensure I'm saving on prescriptions by applying the coupons they have or providing generic brands. I appreciate it always! But it can be a bit busy at times.

Do not come to this location for a COVID vaccine. The pharmacy staff is very rude and they will make u wait 45 minutes past your time for vaccine because they are busy with pharmacy work.

I typically go through the drive through and never had a problem. However, this morning I needed a couple things in addition to my prescription. When I got to the pharmacy counter, the clerk had her back to me. I waited quite patiently about 3 minutes for her to turn around. On the 6th hello she finally said she would be with me in a minute. That was AFTER she turned around and ignored me. Then argued with me about the rudeness of it claiming she didn't hear me because of my mask which was a blatant lie. And even if she didn't hear me, she clearly saw me standing there and did not attempt to acknowledge me. I'm so thankful for reviews so people who don't belong in customer service can be called out. I told her and the manager that I was writing this review about my negative experience there. Beware. If the blond lady is in a bad mood she will bring her problems and ugliness to work and unleash it on you. How do you argue with a customer you purposefully ignored?? DO BETTER!! If she doesn't want her job I'm sure there are others who would love to be in customer service, and treat customers with the same respect they would want as a customer.

I didn't even want to give ONE star those people are LIARRRRRRRS. They screwed up on a medication of mine and are refusing to make it right. Now, I'm completely out and can't get anymore. It's not even a narcotic it's for COPD. They will pay I'm filing a formal complaint with the state board of pharmacies. They told me they didn't have my medication then in the same breath she said they had some. LIARS!

Drive through experience is good. Went 3 times for COVID-19 Testing. First you think line takes a little too long, then you see, they take the time to clean the window area between every vehicle. They verify who you are and take good care not to contaminate the sample. Employees are doing a Very Good Job

Most of their personnel is very helpful. Store seems to be stocked well, only problem is they need to be open 24/7.

Store has easy access to all you'd need. Customer Service is not the greatest, but besides that all is good. I've never encountered any CSR to even take the time to offer me help, unless I ask for it after waiting for quite some time. Anyways, the prices, the products, medication, pet items, cosmetics, ice cream, etc is all great. Near by as well. Thanks Walgreens for such good prices and products. Rubi.
