Walgreens @ 12097 Veterans Memorial blvd. -Houston Texas has a very sweet and compassionate pharmacist. I was having a very bad meltdown and i talked to her about what was going on even though I was taking my medication. She kindly asked me to hold on and she showed me what to buy over the counter that would help until i saw my doctor. I am so great full to her i only had to take for 2 days and i got stress free. That is the type of people that need to cross our path. A compassionate pharmacist that cares about people and doesn’t see us as a number. I praise God for this pharmacist manager. Pretty black woman that has worked there along time. I really feel blessed that she is able to work at this walgreens.

Horrible customer service. This is why so many people are going to other pharmacies. Corporate doesn’t seem to care about their customers.

I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years and never had this bad customer service and run around. Been trying to fill a specialty drug with a grant. After 3 different pharmacist and no results i am writing to you. I have used grants at this pharmacy before and now they say they don't do them. Had the grant people on the phone with them and when I got back on the phone they said that they did not know what they were doing. Wait time and customer service is terrible.Helen Jock87321-606-6922

I'm not sure what's going on with Walgreens but it appears the company may be spiraling out of control. Pharmacy customer service is awful, people are rude, and getting prescriptions filled has never been more challenging.

I've been going to Walgreens on 14625 FM Rd and 529, Houston, TX 77095 for 2yrs now; I felt that I have been followed around over the years, I chalked it up to my imagination then yesterday 2 black men walked in and one of the employees walked over to the front counter where he could see them and told the cashier you have to watch them they like to stick stuff in their pockets when I first walked in felt like he was watching.I don't appreciate it felling like this and I didn't appreciate his comment. You don't talk like that in front of customers.

Is a prerequisite to be hired at Walgreens to be the most uncaring, indifferent, horrible, rude human out there? Been to multiple locations and found hateful humans working the pharmacy.Refuse to look up if another location has the steroid I need for my young son.Drive to another to stand there for 10 mins for another women to look at me and go nope.Driven to 4 locations tonight and still don’t have a simple medication to heal my son.Your company should be ashamed of the rude humans you hired to work your pharmacy.Just disgusting behavior!!

Every time I pull into the drive-thru window for pharmacy I have to wait 20 minutes on average if I'm at the window. The car ahead of me at present has been in line for 22 minutes and was in line before I showed up. This is unthinkable I'm three cars back and it's going to take me an hour to pick up a prescription at the drive-thru window? This is Ludacris. I highly recommend anybody going with their prescriptions to Walgreens start going to HEB or Walmart Kroger's or any other store and professionalism here sucks.

I will never shop at Walgreens again! What a disgusting way of thinking by discriminating against people based off religion… I can only imagine how employees are treated.

Wow, I didn't think Walgreen's (HWY 6 and Forest Trails) could get much worse but man was I wrong. I made an appointment online for a second covid booster for 3pm today. It was confirmed and I did all the pre-registration paperwork online. Got there a little early. Was told I still had to do some paperwork and she will print it out, in the meantime 'go sit down'. Twenty minutes later still no paperwork, while walk-ins showed up and got paperwork immediately. Finally got it, turned in the same time as walk-ins. Of course, one walk-in couple, with no appointment and came in 15 minutes after I did, got called in for their booster before me.Finally got the shot at 3:45. The tech giving me the shot apologized and said that shouldn't have happened, that they weren't even supposed to take walk-ins. She said no one knew I was waiting, although I was sitting close to the counter in plain sight and inquiring about the delay multiple times.I know times are rough everywhere, but I'm appalled at how they treat customers, especially ones like me that have been good customers for over 30 years at this location. No more. I'm having everything transferred to CVS. They CAN'T possibly be any worse. Wish I could give Walgreen's zero stars as they don't deserve even one.

I've always gotten my prescriptions at Walgreens on Old Spanish Trail at Scott in Houston's Third Ward. Recently (May 12, 2022) my husband's dentist sent a prescription to this Walgreens and it hadn't been filled for a week. We notified the Dentist and he resended the prescription. They didn't fill the prescription until yesterday, May 18, 2022. This is unprofessional. Trying to talk to anyone in the pharmacy is useless. I finally got the store manager on the phone and he got me through to someone in the pharmacy. This Walgreens needs to be shut down,. Considering customers needs is not a priority.

Your store on Barker Cypress and Longenbaugh, the management and employees are unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. Also management showed signs of discrimination. After reading the reviews of the district office doesn’t seem like they are any better, you don’t care about your customers.

These people are the worse! I have NEVER seen such rude people in my entire life! The people feel that they are doing the customers a favor! Customers come second, they can care less about you.!

I bought two medicines I was charged twice. I called the store ( store # 7725 14625 FM 529 Houston) and I was asked to come to the store so I came and spoke to the pharmacist. She called the store manager, he came and talked to the pharmacist then he went to his office, 15 minutes later he came back to the pharmacist and gave her a piece of paper then she told me it would take 5 days to clear it but until today it’s been 14 days still nothing happens. I will get my money back by all means but I would like to have the store to credit me because it’s their mistake. My main concern here is the attitude of the store manager. He saw me four time but without even a hello or better yet a I am sorry that happened! Does he know that his customers put foods on the table for him and his family.I called the corporate office and the operator who answered my call responded not any better than the attitude of the store manager so I wrote to Mr. Terry Vaughn who is a district manager for Walgreens at 11000 Corporate Center Dr. #100 Houston but I am still in the dark. I will wait for a few more days then I will dispute the charges with my bank.Just want to let everybody know so be careful when you deal with Walgreens.UPDATE:Untill today 12/19/2021 I srill have not credited from the over charged so I filled two disputes with my bank to get it over with. So don’t listen to what Walgreens store manager promised you, he would not do itThank you for reading my comment.
