Horrible place! Rude workers, pharmacy refused to fill my whole insulin order causing me to run short. They would only fill one pen at a time. My doctor increased my dosage and they wouldn't fill it. Kept giving me the run around. Wouldn't listen to my reason for having to fill it sooner. They were rude!

I am disappointed with the management at Walgreens for not addressing my concern regarding a store manager who used her position to insult and falsely accuse me due to my race and color. Location walgreens on Frazier Conroe I have yet to receive any communication regarding a solution or apology. Let's see what CEO Would do.

Please read the reviews about your pharmacy’s issues that customers are experiencing,
My husband takes multiple medications and we are always having issues with them, not having it or will drop off a prescription come back in two days. They don’t have it ready. If this keeps going, I will put a video of this on social media and get the cities news involved
We are talking about someone health that is very dear to me.

I called to speak to Customer Service and was transferred to a voice that said, “We’re experiencing difficulties, please try again, later” and was hung up on. That’s officially the worst Customer Service I’ve ever had!!! AND, I was calling to complain about the inefficiencies of the Walgreens store at Town & Country.

Walgreens in Baytown at Birdsong and Garth road is one of the most inefficient places I have dealt with in my 67 years if life. Just plum sorry. What has happened to good customer service! I hate to see what it will be like when I'm 80 yrs old

On several occasions I’ve encountered a lack of professionalism and intelligence in dealing with the new pharmacist Nurea at the corner of Will Clayton Parkway and Atascocita. She has NO integrity as she has right out lied to my face about nonexistent policies and laws. She has made me go into med withdrawal by being incompetent; she refused to admit her mistake and tried to tell me she was helping me. Yesterday she told me that I can no longer have my pain med prescription as my doctor prescribed unless I had cancer. This is unacceptable and I’m going to proceed to the pharmacy board or their governing body.

I just wanted to compliment your staff and store management. My car wouldn’t start when I left the store on Hwy 6 & Wtrace. One of your managers from another store went above and beyond to assist me. His name is Majeeb from the Dulles ave store. He went inside and enlisted the aid of cashier who checked me out minutes before very friendly young man didn’t catch his name. Tried to boost my battery but no luck, Majeeb then offered and gave me a ride to my house. I don’t think you find that level of kindness and concern for your customers very many places. Thank you Majeeb!

The pjs at Bellaire and Fondren is one of the worst stores I ever gone to. You call them and they just place you on hold don’t say anything but Continues to pick up a place you back on home. I was placed on hold for 40 minutes. I really hate this location

I had a horrible experience at Walgreens at Veterans and 249 in Houston. I had no blood pressure medication and had ordered the medication since the end of March 2024 for April 8 2024 today is April 16, 2024 they stated wait until 12:00pm today the truck was late. Pharmacist stayed he'd do not have it and will not have it, he had called West Rd for me to go there his name was Chis call district office Drew call stated medication has mot been delivered. I ask where is medication since March 2024. Went to West Rd. Different people in charge. Great customer service at West Rd

Walgreens - Friendliest Store in TownWalgreens at 8413 Stella Link Rd., Houston, TXThis is the most friendly pharmacy in town. I will go to this store before any others. There are always people at the register and in the store.The cashier says hello to those walking in, often calling them by name. Some customers respond back with her name. If I need help, there is always someone around to provide assistance.When I walk into this store, I feel like I have stepped back into a time when staff offers a cheerful hello and is available if you need help.One doesn't find this type of pharmacy any more. For example, when I walk into a CVS, there is self-checkout in a sterile and cold atmosphere.Thank you Walgreens on Stella Link for making this such a pleasant store to visit.NO, I have no connection to Walgreens, I am just an elderly customer who thinks the staff in this store should get some kudos.

Hello, I am a many years customer at one Walgreens or the other. I am old now and this is the first time you’ll have failed. My doctor has approved an alternate prescription no Walgreens around me can fill. Even one Walgreens in a near by town, La Porte, Texas. My insurance company BCBS Special RX suggested 5% Lidcaine Dis. I was told by the Tech. they they had it but then they did not, and referred me to other Walgreens pharmacy. I’m very disappointed. Maybe you can help.

The store on OST in the 77021 zip code should fire everyone and start over. It is never a pleasant experience to pick up a prescription there. It is downright dangerous. If I have a doctor send in an order, they loose it. I call in and they tell me it will be ready today and it will be $5.00 and when I get there they say they don't have an order from the doctor! I wait for over 30 minutes in the car line and they tell me to come in and wait when they finally find it. They told me that they had spoken with the doctors office and then they call me and said that they were GOING to call them. They had actually just found the original order.This summer I tried to refill my blood pressure medication and they told me that they had to order it. It never came in, it took me finally pulling the prescription to my online company to get it filled. I was told at another location that they did not fill it because it was not on their normal order and that they don't like to do special orders. The OST location never shared that. I would have pulled the prescription right then, they actually, not sure the actual term but, they basically cancelled the order so when I tried to get it moved the doctor's office as confused and that took another week or so. This is blood pressure medication. They could kill someone in this type of situation.If you can't do better than this or do a shake up then you need to just shut your doors. I would give them a 100 if I could!
