Great experience! Staff was very attentive and welcoming! I love that they offer a military discount. The quality of their clothes is awesome! Lululemon staff across the street should take note on what good customer service is!

First time visiting Vuori. Went to Rice Village originally to shop at Athleta. Had a great shopping experience at Athleta as usual. Afterwards, decided to check out Vuori. There were about 6-8 employees visiting with each other. Finally, one asked if I needed help. I asked what a medium in women's pants was equivalent to. I had to explain myself. I asked if it was comparable to a 4, 6, 8. Oh, a 6-8 she said. I then tried on a M and a couple tops and another pair of pants. No one checked on me. I finally went out myself to get a S. I ended up buying a top just because I really liked it.If you're going to charge full retail and try to be like Lululemon, Athleta or Nordstrom quality, you better give at least a little customer service. I then went to WHBM and bought lots more since they seemed to care about the customer there.Extremely disappointed. Will not shop at Vuori again.

I really like the clothes. This review is all about the lack of competent customer service. I was there today for the first time and was in the store for over 30 minutes before someone said anything to me and that was when I was on the way out. And there were almost as many employees as customers in the store. Kudos to the one young lady who spoke to me on the way out. These folks need a lot of customer service training.

Wish I could give Vouri 0 stars. I purchased an item that began to unravel and their customer service would not assist. Save your money and go to lululemon or any other sporting attire location.

Excellent service! The salesperson checked on sizes in the back and assisted me in my selections. A very courteous young lady! Worth the drive from Katy. A wide variety of merchandise is available.

Found out there was a store in Houston. Drove into the city. I live down south. They were out of the green joggers I wanted but the salesman checked in the back and found me a pair.

Lex and Savannah G are the best staff members 100%. I first discovered Vuori in CA and was so excited to see that we have a store in HTX! I could live in their clothes, so amazingly soft and well made. The store is beautiful and the staff is friendly and helpful. Do stop in to try on the clothing to ensure sizing. Love them!!! ?

I really liked the store--staff were helpful and kind. The clothes have this very minimalist and clean look and most importantly, they're really comfortable! It was nice to shop for athletic quality clothes in a store that wasn't standoffish or stuck-up.

Vuori has the most amazing quality product and staff. Andrew and Phoebe were so helpful during my visit. The gentleman in the fitting room (didn’t get his name) was very attentive and helped with sizing. My new favorite athletic apparel and easy to find location.
