Super bad experience in my life, I visit that place again, I ordered a hair color and I came out with three on my head for God's sake ? they give you a price estimate by looking at your hair and then they tell you that you have to pay more money and with a bad The result is a disaster. First beauty salon I see that you are going to change your color and they tell you to leave with wet hair. They don't even dry it well and give you a good finish. God, I will never go back to that one in my life. place

Tucked in between Siu Lap and Pho Saigon. Parking is in the form of the lot of the plaza. Did a walk in around lunch during a weekday. Interior is cleaner than Bich Nga across the street. Haircut was fine and was pretty quick. $15 for a men's cut in 20 minutes. Bang for the buck, it's solid value for the area if you want to avoid Chinatown.

I typically avoid getting haircuts. I would much rather do it myself. Hair salons overcharge and sometimes end up not giving you what you wanted. This time I chose to not cut my hair on my own and looked for a couple of places on yelp. I called a place and the call didn't even go through. I called VN Beauty Salon and they answered. I had two questions for them. What could I expect for a layered hair cut for long hair and did they accept credit cards. I was given an estimate and the answer was yes to CC. I appreciated the transparency in the phone call and knew what to expect price-wise. One of my biggest pet peeves is expecting to pay a certain amount for a hair service then being disappointed by the awful outcome and having to pay the price. In my case, VN Beauty Salon was just what I was looking. They charged me an amount I knew was adequate AND my experience with the salon was phenomenal. I feel this is a place I can come back to again in the future and know I will not be disappointed. My hair feels and looks just how I want it to and thank you to Kim for a lovely experience at VN Beauty Salon xx

I asked for a cut/trim with no wash. Fairly happy with the way it came out (with the exception of a long strand that wasn't cut so I cut it at home with a regular pair of scissors, no biggie) but the place was nowhere near as cheap as the other reviews said. I paid $30 + $5 tip.

I called on a Friday afternoon for a last minute appointment. Kim was able to get me in quickly and did a great job. The salon is simple, but the cut was quick and affordable.

Amazing customer service! I got my hair done by Kim, and am very pleased with the results. Kim is very patient--she did not oppose me giving her directions throughout the haircut, and the result was beautiful! I will definitely be coming here again.

Called prior to get a hair cut & they had an opening at 1:30. I have been here before and they are efficient and nice. I just got about 3-4 Inches cut from my hair and it feels healthier and lighter. My hair cut cost $45 which seemed a little pricey, but my hair was pretty long. Would come back.
