It saddens me to say that I had a horrible customer experience at this boutique. My family and I purchased a quince packet (dress, bouquet, bear, etc.) fully described in my receipt, but weren't honored for items nor did we get an apology or reasonable explanation. Order was placed Sep 10,23 and the day we picked up the merchandise Oct. 20 was the day we were told invoice wasn't priced correctly and items (other than the dress) were not included, even though my receipt clearly states these items were part of my order. When I attempted to speak directly with the owner "Vivi" she was extremely defensive, shouting in front of her other customer, and failed to provide a solution that worked for her Business and my family.

I didn't know this place was so close to me, the ladies there were so helpful, I had no intention of buying yet, but they helped my mom and I so much, they took time to help us, so we both ended up purchasing dresses. I will definitely refer anyone in need of a dress to Vivi's
