Jewelry Depot will forever be my "go to" place for jewelry. I met Boryana and her team about a year ago and purchased a lovely diamond and gold cross and chain. Since then I have purchased a new diamond wedding ring for my husband and upgraded my diamond from my wedding set. They rebuilt my entire ring and it is absolutely stunning. It's a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. Take the whole family for all your jewelry needs. You won't be disappointed!

Jewelry Depot is my #1 place for all my jewelry. Not only do they have an array of options, they can also create whatever jewelry it is that you are looking for! Everything they have is high quality and they'll always give you a good price for your item. They are willing to work with you until you're happy, they're very patient and more than happy to fulfill all your jewelry dreams. On top of their superb selection of jewelry, their customer service is something else. If you give them a visit, ask for Boryana, her personality is magnanimous (she'll probably make your day even if you don't end up purchasing anything) and her knowledge is superior to the next guy. My entire family has been coming here for over 10 years, our engagement rings, graduation and birthday presents are all from Jewelry Depot. I have so much love for this place & will be a loyal customer to the end.

I came to this place by a friends recommendation, you bring your gold and they make a piece of jewelry ... I was greeted by Bill and he was helpful, told me that yes we could use my own gold and then Just pay for the labor... next time I came the story changed ! Now they were just buying my gold and then selling me the new piece of jewelry for about 4 times more the value they were paying for my gold. A decent jewelry store should give you an estimate of what it will cost to make the jewelry the same day of the visit! It took me 3 visits to make the worse deal of my life, always telling me come back next time and we will give you a price ... really ? At the end they had already melted my gold and payed the lowest price in the market. This is when you realize that the signature of a jewelry does matter ! I will go to Tiffany and buy what I need without all this hazel and I will always know I have a Tiffany piece with the best resale value! Very disappointed, I do not recommend this place to anyone !

Excellent service from the moment we walked in until the moment we left with exactly what we wanted. Shimon and Boryana are truly down to earth people. They did not treat us differently because of how we look or who we are. I went in with the hopes of getting my Great Grandmother's ring (over 100 years old) resized because three other jewelers told me it was impossible. Boryana said we will try, we cannot guarantee we can do it, but we will try. We then told her what kind of rings we were looking for, and she spent the time and energy to listen to us and helped us find what we wanted she answered all of our questions. We did not spend a lot of money, we are not high rollers, but they both treated us no different. We ordered two custom, handmade rings, and it took less than two weeks. They are PERFECT! They also resized and re dipped my Great Grandmother's ring. While shopping and picking up our rings, we had a few drinks, and were welcomed with open arms to get to know the owners. They took an interest in us, and not in our money. We miss you guys and will be stopping back in to say hi. Thank you for making our special day just that much more special.

Bought two settings and a diamond from them. They provided me with a certificate that ended up being fake. Will not recommend them at all. Tried to sell my ring back since they guaranteed me they would buy it back anytime. I was told that they would not buy it back. Do not buy from them! They are thieves! Very disappointed!

My husband and I have been customers of Jewelry Depot for over 25 years. Shimon and Boryana are incredibly knowledgeable and experts at what they do. They've provided beautiful custom design jewelry for us at reasonable prices. They've also done repairs for us over the years. The quality materials and workmanship can't be beat. I spent weeks finding the perfect ring, and the one I liked on their site was the only one I found anywhere that was like it. I was never in the store, did everything online and over the phone, and things worked out very well. I was nervous because it seemed like they don't work that way often, but the ring is exactly what I wanted, and my now-fiancé loves it. The process was a little difficult at first, getting all of the details I wanted and communicating through a mix of text messages and emails, but every time I spoke with Boryana or Shimon on the phone, they were very helpful and wanted to find me exactly what I was looking for. Although they offer a free re-sizing, they did request that I pay for the shipping, which I was happy to do since I liked the ring so much and the original price was so reasonable. They also shipped it overnight each way, so we got it back as quickly as possible.

Was treated poorly, was told what I wanted was hard to do, might not be able, then he found it in his book. First mistake they made was thinking I did not have money to spend. I don't wear my money on my back, I have it in my investments. Too bad....
