Went in and the girl was entirely unhelpful. Like didn't bother to get out of her chair. I asked her for help selecting glasses and she pointed at the wall and was like "Womens are over there." I left without purchasing and took my perscription back from her. She didn't even try to help at all. This was on 5/4 at 3:45pm and she is the only one working, and no one else was in the store at all.

Customer care rep was awesome. Many ppl came in and she was working alone and very busy but she handled it with grace!

The store manger Vanessa (baby face)has always given great customers service. After years of using other optical locations, I switched to this location a few years ago simply because of her customer service. Being in the customer service business through out my care she is a prime example of outstanding service. She manages to service a lot of customers with confidence and courtesy even when she is there alone
