Honestly this doctor is amazing. I received the best care and excellent customer service from Dr. Patel himself. He provided the best care during my eye exam and gave me informative information as we proceeded. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a dr who will give you the care. I also like to add their optical dept. is next door and they provided the best service as well. ??

Been coming to Vision Works both at Memorial City Mall and their new location for decades. Always have had outstanding service and care. I will not go to any other location. Dr. Patel next door at Village Eye Care equally caring and personally interested in my eye care and issues.

It will be better for the patient if associate answer questions first , before getting all your personal information and say “information is needed before I can answer all questions “ never hear that before. Not happy with initial conversation.

I took advantage of the BOGO sale and am very happy with my glasses and sunglasses for astigmatism. It wasn't the cheapest glasses place, but it wasn't the worst and all of the employees were awesome: very helpful and courteous.

My last eye doctor passed away a few years ago and I haven't been to one since. This place however is nice and clean. The employees are very friendly and inviting, great customer service goes a long way!
