I was going to make an appointment and had few questions but the lady on the phone had and attitude, aggressive and rude and hang up on me when I asked her name. This place is mismanaged, I won’t recommend. I will recommend going to other Visionworks instead, like one on Meyerland where I had great experience.

Receive great service from Alexis while buying a new pair of glasses! I was a slow decision maker, and Alexis both gave me space and was very patient when I asked questions. I also appreciated how transparent she was with pricing and options, and she even offered to see if they could rush order my new frames. Super pleased overall!

DO NOT buy safety prescription glasses for work; they are very poor quality; the nose pad support starts melting in a period of 4 weeks under normal circumstances (no sun or heat exposure); the residue that gets in contact with the lenses is very difficult to remove; this condition hasn't been improved in 4 years. A great customer service can not replace the low quality of their product.

Alexis was so patient when it came to working with me and be able to see what fits my budget. She tried so many different add ons for my glasses so I can see the price of everything. I know I was probably frustrating her but she did not mind at all! She even educated me on what my insurance covers and what I’d have to pay (this was my first time getting glasses ever) She was just so sweet, patient, understanding, and just such a delight. Ended up being extremely happy with the price I paid for my glasses. Thank you so much for your hard work Alexis!

The young lady that helped us her name was Vicky. She was very sweet and professional and nice. She was very informative and helping me pick frames. Also, there was Laura who was very kind and it was just a joy to be there because they were just so great.
