I lived there off and on for 5-7 yrs. Was nice at first then they changed management staff and maintenance staff . Rats , roaches , very bad plumbing drive by shootings involving the apt. Staff. Miriam is not a professional at all makes all problems personal. I'm glad I left never will refer them to anyone not even the rats and roaches should be there.

Property was ok till they switched management/maintenance. We used to have a guy named Chuy as maintenance who was great. He would fix my issues promptly especially my AC during this Houston heat. Now they switched to a new team and they are slow and useless. They either take weeks to come or don’t know what they’re doing. They have a guy named Juan now who can’t seem to fix AC properly. Avoid if possible. I’m ready to move out of here.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, they do not repair anything and then they even charge you for breathing the water, they cut it off every moment and when you leave they destroy things in the apartment to blame you when the maintenance is terrible.

Do not rent in this place, the water and septic garbage bills cost $180 dollars, the water is turned off 3 times a week, apart from what the rent costs, the service bills increase every month, look for something better

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU MOVE HERE, THE MAINTENANCE IS GARBAGE THEY DO NOT FIX ANYTHING AND WHEN JUAN LOWERS HIS FINGER AND THEY DECIDE TO COME TO “FIX IT” THEY MAKE MORE PITTY THAN THERE ALREADY IS, THE RATS EAT ALL THE WALLS AND IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY EYES YOU TAKE TO THEM TAPES THOSE RATS ALWAYS LEAVE THE MANAGERS THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO CHARGE AND CHARGE AND THEY NEVER WORRY ABOUT GIVING GOOD MAINTENANCE TO THEIR APARTMENT COMPLEX I HOPEFULLY THE CITY WILL DISCOVER THEM AND TAKE THIS DIRTY BUSINESS FROM THEM.

Don’t recommend this place at all, when you have any issues they don’t come to fix it. I have holes in the apartment and a lot of rats have been entering, it's disgusting?I went to the office and called for them to come and cover those holes and they haven't done it. I haven't left here because they charge me $2,600 for breaking the contract.

These apartments turn off the water 7 days a week for 3 or 4 days for two or three hours a day (because they are always apparently fixing something) and they don't even let you know when they are going to turn off the water.
Also when you as a tenant ask them to fix something in the apartment they don't listen to you.
And also when they have come to do some inspection they don't tell you that they are going to go to your apartment and they don't knock on the door for me and my husband or they don't call us before entering the apartment and they just come in and you can't be comfortable with them. the fear that they could enter at any moment

I am very and upset with these apartments and I have been reporting the apartment for 9 months because I have a big hole in the bathroom ceiling and water falls every day, the carpet in the room has gotten wet. I have my children and I live in a bad situation and I don't They are coming to fix it, I would like to contact the owner because the staff he has is making things bad for the visitors.
