These guys were terrible and ripped me off. They were assigned by Asurion to repair my Samsung Refrigerator (under warranty). The system stopped cooling. One month and 3 visits later, they were unable to fix the unit. They replaced several parts, boards, internal fan and compressor. On the last and final visit, the technician closed out the work order as "repaired" and left in a hurry. The system to date has not been repaired and is not working. I had to re-engage Asurion to assign another repair company to come out and re-install another compressor. In short, this was a terrible and worthless effort and service by this company. Each time they came out, it took them a week to order parts, then another week to schedule and come out to achieve nothing in the end.

Video Repair Place did a great job keeping me updated regarding parts being ordered and reminding me when my appointment was. The technician, Jakob, was prompt and courteous. He was done in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend.

The customer has to wait too long for the repairs to be completed. We pay good money for warranty and have to wait sometime two weeks. That’s unacceptable in my book. The tech was very knowledgeable and professional when he was doing the repairs.

Technician arrived identifying himself and proceded with replacing the needed part on my Maytag washer. He was courteous in answering any questions I had about the appliance. I appreciated it a lot from the office representative as she ,Ms. Wanda ,was keeping me informed of any delay on getting the parts and scheduling an installment date. My home depot warranty contracted my repairs out to this company and upon reading reviews while waiting to hear from them i was instantly hesitant to use them to repair my washer and dryer. I got a text from them asking for a bunch of information that my warranty company had already sent them. In the message it asked to describe the problem so they could order the parts that were necessary for repairs. But my warranty company said per previous customer claims they knew what the problem was and were mailing the parts directly to my home. I called my warranty company and told them i'd like to use a different service technician and asked if i could use one of my own whom i trust them submit the invoice for a reimbursement for the repairs to which they said yes as long as the repairs don't total more than 80% of the original purchase cost. when i called video repair place to make sure the appointment was canceled the woman on the phone was rude. I stated i was going with a different local company for my repairs and she told me that if i didn't go with the company that the warrant company choose that by going elsewhere it would void my warranty. I called the warranty company and they were adamant that this was FALSE INFORMATION. That i could use whom i'd like and submit my invoice as long as it wasn't over 80% of the original purchase price. Telling people they'll void their warranty as a trick to scare them into retaining this company as a service provider is SHADY and UNETHICAL... So glad i read the reviews and chose to go with another company

Chris is a great professional service person. Diagnosed the issue with my washer over the phone they were then able to order the part before the service call. Installment of the park was very quick overall I am extremely satisfied with TV and appliance repair, and Chris the service technician

Stay away from this company. My insurance hired them to do a washer repair and the technician couldn't fix the problem and would not check the washer to find the problem he would just look at the washer and guess the solution. He literally would only last about 3min checking the washer from the outside. He didn't atleast try to disassemble the washer to find the problem. At his first visit he ordered parts to replace them which he didn't replace them at the second visit. I notify him which part had to be change but for some reason he refused to order and replace it. I know which part could be damaged because 2years ago the washer was fixed of the same problem through a different company. In conclusion he said the problem was the laundry room because the house is built in piers and beams which ridiculously that they made that excuse and couldn't fix it. If you dont want your money taken stay away.

I recently had the displeasure of visiting the Video Repair Place, and I must say that it was a truly horrendous experience. From start to finish, their service was nothing short of abysmal, and I would strongly advise anyone against entrusting their precious videos to this establishment.First and foremost, the customer service was utterly lacking. The staff members seemed disinterested and unhelpful, treating me as if I was inconveniencing them by being there. They displayed zero knowledge or expertise in video repair and showed no willingness to answer my questions or address my concerns. It was clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction.As if the attitude of the staff wasn't bad enough, the quality of their repair work was equally appalling. I handed in a damaged video tape with high hopes that it could be salvaged, but I was sorely disappointed. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also managed to make it worse. The video now has additional glitches and distortion that were not present before. It's unfathomable how a business claiming to specialize in video repair can deliver such shoddy results.To make matters worse, their turnaround time was beyond unacceptable. I was promised that my video would be repaired within a week, but it ended up taking a staggering three weeks to get it back. I had to constantly chase them for updates, and even then, they provided no clear information on the progress of the repair. Their lack of communication and blatant disregard for timeliness is inexcusable.Finally, the pricing was exorbitant for the pathetic service they provided. I was charged a hefty fee upfront, expecting quality repairs, but instead, I received an inferior product and wasted my hard-earned money. It felt like a complete rip-off, and I left the Video Repair Place feeling utterly cheated.In conclusion, I strongly advise against utilizing the services of the Video Repair Place. Their horrible customer service, subpar repair work, extended turnaround time, and exorbitant pricing make them a complete nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the frustration and find a reputable video repair shop that actually cares about their customers and delivers on their promises.

Looked into repairing my old TV. Explained the process to repair one part before being able to diagnose further problems. Gave me great advice on my options and gave me great advice. Didn't try to rip me off and it was greatly appreciated. Would go to them again for service.

Terrible customer service. I've had a brand new appliance not working for over 2 weeks and for some reason G.E. uses this terrible, rag-tag operation to service their appliances in that area. I hope nobody else is forced to deal with these people, you will most certainly have a migraine by the end of your experience.
