I called VMC about purchasing a car they were advertising. It was advertised on multiple online sites, including their own web page (see included picture). The price was listed as “Please call for price.” I called to ask about price, as their own ad directed me to do, and that were it started. If you want arrogance and rudeness, getting insulted via email by the owner Robert Neal, THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU. If not, steer CLEAR! Life is too short, and being a Porsche enthusiast should be fun, filled with good conversations, and good people. Everyone I interact with in the greater Porsche community loves to chat about what they know, have, and always willing to help when needed. It should not be filled with insults and condescending conversations. Read the other bad reviews and you will see this is a trend and not an isolated occurrence. I guess I should have started by reading those, and I wouldn’t be writing this. My bad.
Btw their listing say, “Please call or email for arrogance and rudeness.”

I came here to look at a Mercedes and they were very accommodating. My car broke down in the parking lot and they helped me coordinate with a tow truck. Some really sweet German machines here. Thanks VMC Autogroup.

Found this dealer on Ebay, communication was fast and to the point. Robert and Hugo were great to deal with. Thought it would be hard to purchase a car in Texas when I am in MA. It was fast and easy and the car was better when it arrived, I was floored with the condition. Already emailed them to find me another car, thank you both for a great experience

Poor quality. Either stupid or fraudulent. I cannot recommend to buy there.

I consigned my 1981 Porsche 911 with this company with the agreement that I wanted a minimum price which was stated in the written agreement. I also told them in the written agreement I wanted them to sell the car for the highest possible amount. The owner sold the car for over $15,000 above my minimum price and try to give me the minimum amount that I wanted for the vehicle. He is a dishonest person in my opinion, and I would never ever do business with him in the future.

Bought 911 from him years back and rest assured I had it inspected by the inspection company he recommended and when I received the car there were multiple items wrong w the car . Too much to list. Glad yelp is around now! His reputation on rennlist and many other forums is like a bad rash. Buyer beware

Victorymotorcars is great to do business with. Not everything went as planned but Robert went above and beyond to make thing right. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another Porsche from them. Thanks for the great customer service and attention to detail!

I had a great experience with these guys. Robert was super helpful, and the stock is amazing. Definitely worth checking out the showroom! It was a truly competitive price on the car I bought and it's running very nicely. I can't wait to buy another one of their cars in the future.

I put in an online request about a car. No response. I called and someone said that they would call me back. No call back. Sorry, I will go elsewhere

The only reason I'm giving this business one star is because sadly, zero stars wasn't an option. I live on the east coast and was ready to fly across the country to test drive a vehicle, but their customer service (or lack thereof) was so bad that I cancelled my flight. Robert, the business owner, originally claimed that the car had just been sold, then he backpedaled and said it was available again two weeks later. However, he refused to allow any local mechanic to inspect the car for me. Instead, he insisted that I come look at it myself that very weekend. These slick high pressure sales tactics are simply not an option for someone who lives over a thousand miles away.

Honestly one of the worst used car dealerships in the US. I flew from San Francisco and hoped for the best. I had the car delivered through their service and oil started leaking everywhere when it arrived. Over the last 6 months I have had 20k in repairs needed on my 964 and there is no end in site. Everything they did to the car (all documented) was done so poorly that it was unsafe. Bad wire jobs, overridden warnings, missing parts, janky in ever way possible. People at home in their garage would never do such a poor job as they did. I love my car, but it was nothing like listed. If you buy a car from these guys be prepared to buy a pig in lipstick and pay for it. Sketchy is not even the right word. Stay away!!! They are located in the hood for a reason.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Robert at Victorymotorcars, and he was exceptional. From the communication back and forth, to answering all of my questions, and even holding the car for an extended period while I made arrangements to visit him in Houston, I couldn't have imagined a better purchasing experience. This was my first Porsche purchase, and having an expert like Robert there made it an unforgettable experience. Thank you!

A most recent review from a satisfied client D. Mahalic. He wrote the review and we have posted it on our page! It read's as follows:I met Robert Lee Neal via text and I expressed my interest in Scarlett a Porsche 911 convertible listing. It was a wonderful experience as it was discovering the too-good-to-be-true opportunity. I must have looked at 400 plus cars before discovering my dream nostalgic car at Victory Motorcars.Robert was very informative and forthright about his sales process. He took a small deposit over the phone with my credit card and I immediately got an email receipt and engagement contract. There was a slight delay on my end from the initial deposit to funding the transaction, but Robert was generous with his trust & patience.Literally the day after funding the transaction the was shipped from Houston, Tx to New York City arriving 2.5 days later and the transporter kept me up to date with his arrival time. The car was purchased sight unseen and I was very pleased with my purchase price as well as the condition of Scarlett, my 38-year-old addition to the car family! The Porsche rear convertible window was replaced without me even expecting the gesture. Hugo who works with Robert was very professional and drafted the paperwork exactly as I dictated on the phone. Furthermore, Victory Motor Cars did not add any hidden fees. Most importantly, the 911 started right up and I drove an hour and a half before finally arriving home, basking under the Manhatten skyline roads and hearing the air-cooled purring engine reverberate off the city buildings from city driving. I must have counted 9 compliments on the beauty of the car before I handed the keys to the parking garage attendant that day.Thank you Robert Lee Neal at Victory Motor Cars for a fantastic memory! I highly recommend buying from Robert and his staff and I will definitely buy another car from Robert.D. Mahalic
