I just want to say that I had an idea and showed an inspo pic as to what I wanted my black wedding dress to look like.Needless to say, they took the idea and made it their own on this custom wedding dress. I absolutely love my wedding dress and got so many compliments on it throughout my wedding day.The quality is amazing and the customer service was exceptional.I live on the east coast, while my brother lives in Houston. He found this store and when I went to visit him, I was also searching for "the dress."Communication between me and the store owner was very well maintained. I was told my dress would take 8 weeks to be completed and I planned to fly down to Houston within that time frame to try it on. The dress fit perfectly from the measurements they took in store.I am overall satisfied with my beautiful bridal gown and with the process it took working with this business.

There is not enough good things to say about the lovely ladies at Victoria’s. My wedding dress has elaborate lace detailing. Not only were they able to FLAWLESSLY alter it, they did it in 2 weeks! Brought all my bridesmaids dresses here as well. If you’re looking for quality work and quick turnaround, look no further. Thank you, Ladies! I can’t wait to show off my dress to my new husband in December!

This was the most stress free, enjoyable, easy experience for a mom of two girls that are super picky about their HOCO dresses. Patricia was sokind, polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. We made an appointment for an hour on the website. We walked in on time, she looked at my girls and was able to tell me their size immediately. She asked them some questions about their preferences and before we knew it she grabbed a few dresses and we loved every one of them. She even helped them try them on. One of my girls has crutches and a broken femur. The only tough part about the experience was choosing which dress we loved the most. She has every kind of dress you could ever want. We will be back for every occasion. Thank you for making the experience fun and enjoyable.

Future bride here, I was looking for someone to do my alteration last min… other people where charging me out the roof but thanks to patricia for such a memorable experience. I was able to get my dress altered in time for my wedding next week!!! Amazing service, my dress has special designs and she was able to execute it! Patricia is very professional and is knowledgable. Excellent customer service. From the minute we walked in we were greeted and told what to expect as we didn’t have an appointment. Still treated very well and was very patient. When it comes to looking for a quince dress, this service is exactly what to look for. Def recommend

Bad bad experience. Sold us a dress as large but was extra large. The next day we came in to get it fixed but no returns available and a simple stitching to make it smaller was just as much as buying the dress all over again. They didn’t even keep record of the payment for the adjustment and they wanted us to pay again for it.The sales lady was nice but the owner clearly takes advantage of it’s customersTotal $268 for a cheap dress definitely not worth it.

UPDATE! STILL 5 Stars! I LOVE MY DRESS. I added some new photos after the wedding! Great quality, held up wonderfully!----------I purchased my wedding dress site unseen from Victorias Elegance! I found the dress online and immediately fell in love! The business owner responded every time in a fast and professional manner. I did have a lot of questions about the measurements as I am 6 foot and wanted to ensure the dress would be long enough for me.They had no problem taking additional measurements and additional pictures of the dress and even offered to video call with me so I could make the right decision!! Unfortunately I am located in Ohio and could not make it all the way to the shop before the wedding to try the dress on. I super appreciated their willingness to work with me and the fast communication. I went ahead and purchased this dream dress which arrived on time and in perfect condition!Thanks to the measurements they provided me with the dress fits perfectly and I cannot wait to wear it on my wedding day! The dress is even more magical in person!!! I’m so happy with my decision and when we drive through Texas this winter I’m definitely going to stop by the shop and say thank you in person!Thank you Patricia!!

As soon as we walked through the door my daughters dress was hanging in the front waiting for us to try it on..Patricia was very helpful with fitting of dress and accessories. Very pleasant experience I recommend for weddings prom etc.
