Dr. Knapp could not have been kinder or more compassionate when I brought my pup in. Her team, from the lovely receptionist who answered my call about directions prior to my arrival, to the staff that helped me carry my precious Bailey in, to the tech who chatted with me about why we were there, to the ladies that checked me out... their willingness to help, understanding for my need for answers/ solutions, and the gentle care they provided to my baby girl was so greatly appreciated. The acupuncture treatment she received was incredibly helpful and the recommendations provided were spot on. My heartfelt thank you to this amazing team.

Honest and excellent professional recommendation. My dog was severely injured after being attacked by a much larger dog. It was injured even more than I thought.
Given its tests, examination, and medical assessment, their recommendation was transfer to a 24/7 emergency hospital. They called ahead to tell them we were on our way and even forwarded the test results to the hospital facility. My dog had emergency surgery that evening at the other facility.
Their recommendation save my dog's life!

I brought my 2 yr old dog in for excessive paw licking/chewing after my previous vet gave me no options.
I called VMDAH & spoke to someone who was kind, professional and listened. I was worked in within the hour...Amazing!
My dog received treatment and was seen by Lisa Knapp who provided me with options to alleviate symptoms.
I'm on the right path with a professional, knowledgeable DVM and a team who excel in service.

Update: I used to love this place because they always helped me with my puppy, but sadly last visit he is being with different vets and sending him a lot.of medicine and blood test (of course expensive I always finished paying 1200) I went for an allergy reaction and an elderly vet checked him and sent him a blood test for allergies the results said he doesn't have any allergies, I called after that to have the results and the doctor was on vacations I still calling and she was still on vaccinations so finally my dog has his results two weeks later (I think for that time he was already better) then they called me that his medicine was ready to pick up (like one month later) when I went to check it it's was a super expensive drops for allergies (it supposed he doesn't have allergies????) I didn't accept them ...
I went to an emergency visit months later again for a kind of allergies (they never found out what was the problem btw, he has a blood test and some tests and nothing ) so when I paid the visit $850 they charged me the drops I didn't accept time ago!!!
I called for a refund it took a while to have an answer, The lady was a little bit rude on the phone!! Saying next time I need to pay first to have the medicine... *I never owe them anything not even $1 dollar, I just didn't want to accept the drops that I never said *yeees* but ok..
So if u visit this place make sure you have all the information of cost and everything or if the doctor is going to be on vacation for two weeks after the check up
