Visited this store on 12/16/23 to transfer my new wife's phone from AT&T onto my plan. Salesman was disrepectful by suggesting I did not "take care of my lady" since we chose not to pay for an overpriced $45 phone case and $25 wall adapter that would have also gone towards his commission. Also, I was instructed to sign for a $150 "activation charge" that was not mentioned upfront (in addition to the $35 set up fee) after already begining the transfer. I asked to see the price breakdown prior to signing and was given a rude look for simply wanting to see what I was signing for. 1/5 Stars.

Desiree is amazing. Personable, professional, and so patient! We were making big phone changes, and she was helpful in making sure we were 100% taken care of. Everyone in the store was kind and willing to support. Will be coming here for all our needs. Thank you!!

Your 4.7 rating is a sham just like the two individuals I dealt with at your store.I went to the store on 9105 W Sam Houston pkwy to have a waterproof jacket applied to my I phone 8 while there, the store manager, Will Godfrey, tried to sell me a mini tablet . I told him I wasn’t interested and he went on to say I could get the tablet “for only $30.” So I agreed. After 1 month, I get a bill for $30 dollar a month. Ok, I didn’t read the contract ahead of time. My bad. I tried to return the tablet after seeing the monthly bill and was told It was too late.i called Verizon customer service and complained about this guy lying through omission just to get the sale. Verizon customer service told me the store employees are independent contractors and could do nothing about it. About 15 months later, I went back to the same store to find out why my I phone suddenly quit working. I spoke to Shobi, the clerk there. He told me my phone was old and no good anymore and proceeded to upgrade me to an I Phone 13. When I got back home, I discovered on the news that Verizon network had shut down due to technical problems. The next day, I went back to Shobi and told him he wasn’t being transparent with me. He most certainly knew about the technical problems of the network. I demanded that he give my phone back.He said it was too late, he had already sent the phone back to corporate to have it destroyed.I have, regrettably, made payments on these two devices for the past two years. I cringe every time I pass by this store. I want to the public to be aware of these two rip off artists to avoid being misled like I was. Recently, I spent 3 hours on the phone with corporate customer service , once again, complaining about these two individuals. They ended up giving me $500. Just to shut me up.I hope this came out of their commission which they didn’t honestly earn.

I came into the store to have two lines added to my account and was helped by Shobi. I recommend asking for him! I asked him question after question, even repeating some, and he patiently answered every one of them. He also stayed 2 whole hours after closing to make sure the new phones were fully transferred over and that we fully understood everything. Great service!

I wish I could do no stars but no one should go to this store unless you want to get screwed over and basically get your phone robbed and the trade in doesn’t count towards your plan and also get pulled out from your grandfathered plan and put on the basic one and then so many add ons with out one’s consent. They will add all the fees and add ons to match what you were paying and make you not aware of it.

I had a terrible experience at this location. The sales person Aurora Conaway white lady with red hair was extremely rude. I went in the morning to activate a line. She didn’t know what she was doing. Charged me for activation and told me the line will activated shortly. I went home waited for hours. I called the place and the manager tried to help me but could because she didn’t get the IMEI number and told me to call helpline. The Verizon helpline couldn’t help bcoz they couldn’t find the order number for which the lady charged me. So I called the location and she picked up. I explained the situation. She sounded annoyed and said she can’t help bcoz she’s getting off work at 5. I can be there shortly. When I went there she was very sarcastic saying things like come to the other station IF I WANTED THE REFUND. I asked one more question and she gave a really annoyed respond. She was very impolite and rude. I never leave reviews like this but I had to make an exception because she’s ruining the business. All the other ppl were polite including the black manager. I live in the neighborhood and will never visit the store again and tell others the same.

I couldn’t get a SIM card for my XR replaced after I advised the associate I would not be upgrading my phone that day. However, I was able to get it replaced at the regular Verizon Store I frequent and within a week, with some patience by the associate, I pre-ordered and upgraded to the new 15 ProMax.

I had a great experience here this past Monday. Shobi helped me and he walked me through a few things and really helped out! 10/10. Will definitely come back to this location specifically for the customer service.
