Went to return an Internet box that I never received the return kit for. Because I got it from third party Verizon they would not take the box back. I simply asked for them to assist with getting another kit sent to my house in which they told me to call 611 from my phone. Terrible service from a “corporate Verizon” store.

Went to the store, took 10 min to check me in and then they proceeded to wait on another customer that walked in. Asked for manager. Took the man 5 min to go get the manager and another 5 for John to come out. Only to make excuses for why I had waited and not helped. After spending an hour in the store I was told by John my account didn't qualify for any discount on a new phone. I asked then why do I receive offers for upgrades, he replied, it was a mistake. I left the store and called customer service and did recieve an upgrade on 2 of the lines I have. Same request I made in store. I do not understand why customer service is no longer available to customers.

Horrible experience with customer service. I have been with Verizon for 17 years and have never experienced this before. I went to get a new phone because mine was pretty much done. From the beginning, I expressed my concern of not being able to transfer pictures. Several times I reminded the salesperson that I am trying to log into google to find my pictures before she completes the process. She totally disregarded my concerns and kept going through the process until it was too late. I was left with no pictures, no contacts, nothing. They provided me with a website to retrieve my data that was bogus and showed that a virus was put on my phone. Just frustrating to be treated this way.

I wish the first guy helped me and didn't give me to ol weird Mexican girl, she was making me uncomfortable acting apathetic towards me and her job. But they helped out clean store.

Stopped in 4/16/24 around 6 pm and was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in. The store is nice and clean and very open.
Luz was amazing. She is very kind, knowledgeable, and willing to go that extra mile everyone loves. From the second we started looking at phones to the swipe of the card, she was there to answer any and everything. She also helped port my mother's number from another carrier without hesitation and made it so easy. It was easily the best experience I have had at this store. Great job.

I have been with Verizon for about 20 years. The customer service has always been good until now. When I left out of the store I was upset and frustrated. I felt rushed and was verrrryy unsatisfied. It is ashame that I had to go to another Verizon store to get the proper help that I should have gotten when I was at your location. I don't think I will visit this location again.

The store was very busy but the manager and specialists were very professional and patient. Customers were greeted as they came in and put in the system. Oscar and Luz helped me and both were very personable, knowledge and courteous. I never felt rushed as they took the time to answer my questions.

I was told my order was ready for pickup, but when I went to pick it up I was denied because they were closed even though it was 6:55 pm. I'd understand if I was buying a phone that can take some time, but this was a simple pickup order. Also the cop there is needlessly rude for no reason, put his hands on me trying to move me just because I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up.

Not professional at all treat customers with very bad attitude and they act like they own you and you are another number not a human basically take it or leave l promise will leave it and my advice be good to people.

Completely unprofessional and rude employees. Literally ignored my instructions and did as they pleased. Don’t come here unless you want to them to be disrespecting your concerns.
