Went in to discuss my account and plugged my phone in. They removed my phone out of the socket & explained that they were unable to allow customers to charge devices. They then threatened to call the police when they touched MY property. Not sure if this is a race thing, poor customer service, or the fact that this particular store is a reseller of Verizon, either way, their attitude was unappreciated & rude…. 7/5/24, 2:25pm.
