They would not accept the Tmobile trade in deal where t-mobile pays your balance off if you switch. We recieved a Mastercard debit card for the balance and this Verizon would not accept the card to pay it off. A bunch of shady crooks.

DO NOT GO HERE THEY ARE THIRD PARTY AND NOT VERIZON . REPRESENTATIVE MIGUEL TRIED TO UPCHARGE $99 YOU FOR A PHONE SCREEN REPAIR WHEN THE VERIZON PROTECTION PLAN IS $0 DEDUCTIBLE. THEN THEY TRY TO UPSELL YOU SAYING I CAN INSTEAD SELL YOU A NEW PHONE. THERE IS NO MANAGER IN THE BUILDING.THEN WHEN THEY SEE THEN CAN NOT SELL YOU A NEW PHONE NOR UP CHARGE YOU THE $99 THEY SEND YOU TO THE REPAIR SHOP WITHOUT FILING A CLAIM. SO NOT ONLY DID I WASTE MY TIME AND GAS FOR NO REASON .
