Store hours show Open at 11am. At 11:26am doors were locked and 3 employees were just sitting there talking. As we were walking away, one of the employee cracked open the door and whispered, “we’ll be with you in 15 minutes.”
We waited there for 15 minutes and still weren’t opened, therefore we left.

I typically refrain from writing reviews unless I encounter exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, this is the first time I feel compelled to write due to a profoundly negative experience.
William, the first associate who approached me inside the store, left me with a deeply unsettling impression. Racism is regrettably alive in Texas, but experiencing it from a fellow minority, especially an Asian, is utterly mind-blowing. I have never felt so dismissed, unwelcome, and disrespected in a retail space. He handed me a sticky note with a number, instructing me to call a fraud line, claiming they couldn’t release my purchase. When I sought clarification, he couldn't have distanced himself from me faster. To add insult to injury, he gave me the wrong number.
After waiting in the store for over an hour, William or Tony, I’m unsure which, remarked to another Asian coworker that he had closed all the registers so I needed to leave, and they laughed as they walked to the back of the store. When I requested the store manager's name and the corporate contact information, I was informed there was no one else I could speak with regarding the issue and was essentially told to leave.
This experience was deeply hurtful and offensive, and I am profoundly disappointed by the treatment I received.

Disgusting team... Refused to assist, associates in front of store talked nasty about me while I was being assistedmmm refused to help me the moment I walked in door and sent me to their manager. Then manager didn't want to help me either... This store is how an organi, action loses customers

Bad service, kept my drivers license and was never returned picking up a purchase.
Hung up on corporate verizon lady who tried to help me fix the issue.
Multiple issues with this location. Avoid this location at all cost.

This Is a place that is vere misleading I asked just to change my 4 line from A&TT an was told that I would pay 100 a month for 4 line then I got a bill for over $400 An had to come back to fuss with the manager I don't have time for that an let me save you the time just go to a career that is not all about lies

This is the only location I know that treats customers out of line, I have been here multiple times and the agents here are rude and lazy. My last experience I went in and told a lady that I have an order online can she look it up she said no we can’t. While she doesn’t even let me speak just talks over me. I left and came back the same day got a gentleman asked him the same questions he was very polite and looked up my online order something the First Lady could have done. The women at this location are ridiculously rude and I will not be going back to this location anymore I actually left and switched to T-Mobile bc of this reason.

Y’all!!!!!!! Go see Chiliyah! I swear Chiliyah is the only person at Verizon who actually wanted to help me today. Chiliyah is freaking amazing! I have been calling, online chatting, and emailing Verizon’s toll free and text chat things for days until they sent me into the store, which was annoying - but ok. I sat in the store for at least half an hour because the store associates only have certain permissions - understandable. Then when someone FINALLY answered they tried to hurry and get me off the phone without helping me, BUT GOD, sent CHILIYAH to stick up for me. Yaaaaaasssss! I’m so grateful and appreciative for Chiliyah being there. Every cellphone company needs at least 100 CHILIYAHs. Ok, I’m done - yall have a blessed day!

I’ll go to any other verizon store besides this one simply due to fear of being harassed! Every time i come in the store to pay my bill the same guy (with glasses) always bothers me about getting my phone number and going on a date. So freaking annoying ! Uncomfortable! Pretty sure he does this to every young lady, its been a few times he asked me and forgot he already asked me MONTHS AGO! WTH - weirdo! Im making a payment with the kiosk why do u have to come over and pretend like you are helping me when i clearly DONT NEED HELP, just to ask me if im available for a date or exchange phone numbers! I willNever go again ! Yall have a PREDATOR working in your store in disguise and its disgusting as a woman we cant even pay our VERY EXPENSIVE BILL without being antagonized! He asked for my address, i said “what for?” He says he’s checking for wifi. I already have wifi with yall he’s the last person i’d willingly give my address to. STALKER. Definitely wont be having VERIZON much longer rather switch to another carrier! I didnt even complete my payment with the kiosk i left and finished it online thats how uncomfortable my experience was
