Alan is AMAZING!! I was super stressed out about returning my home internet and was having some trouble with Verizon. I was really frustrated and Alan fixed my problems in seconds. He was so patient and kind when I was clearly emotional and frustrated. The way he handled my issues was truly what good customer service should be! Verizon should pay this man more. He went above and beyond for me when I went to get myself a new phone. He helped me with the trade in process of my old phone when I needed it. He is amazing! Thank you Alan!

Absolutely terrible service I connect my hotspot every six months with Verizon. I use 529 location all the time came this time first time over here. Mr. Chuck wants to help me right away when he saw it. I have 16 devices feel lazy to do anything with I need to pay two months, then they don’t have Sim cards. I hope somebody looked this review. You don’t need people like this in your store.

I was there for 30 mins at least. There were like 5 representatives with only 1 customer being help. We were like 6 customers waiting. Fir a long time. It's ridiculous. Their support is really bad. I'm glad I'm closing my account.

I have experienced 2 people in the store being rude, poor service, careless about the customer needs, I asked help with something very simple for them, their answer was “call 611”, I asked to talk to the manager it was denied. Unfortunately I don't remember their names

I had the most wonderful experience today, I walked in, and was checked in, in less than 15 seconds. I was assisted by a lovely Ms. Alaina
She explained everything thoroughly, and was very patient with me. Very pleasant human interaction and experience. 10 out of 10, every time!!!

Seems the only thing staff are allowed to do now is phone and plan sales. Customer service was not great for an existing customer, not wanting to change plans or buy a new phone.

For me, the attention of specialist Octavio who was the one who treated me is excellent in terms of treatment and I left there super satisfied, he helped me with everything and today thanks to him I have my own plan and everything is super fast and efficient

I went for a deal $80 a month I found out you pay for the tax in that day you sign and even they didn’t tell you all this information they hide it until you get stuck.Than you say that ok bc that tax money, than the first bill for$140 charge than $96 you have to in rolled for auto pay to get $10 each month.Be carful for the tricks they do. I never advise anybody to go there.
