Wasay was so helpful! We had a known issue with my son's Pixel 7 Pro that we'd been dealing with for several months. I finally broke down and took him to the store. Wasay was able to get his phone working again. He was very professional and considerate. From now on, we'll just go to this store for help. Fantastic experience!

I purchased a new phone, brand new, at clear lake City boulevard Verizon store and they do not even deserve a one-star, Hector one of the employees sold me a 3-year-old Motorola phone, and for the first two weeks after purchasing the phone I had nothing but problems, the voice system did not work, and the phone had not been updated the past 3 years Motorola updates for software and thus this phone was not working correctly and even Motorola could not fix it after the clear lake store tried for well over an hour to fix it without any success of course and then after Motorola could not fix the phone they told me that I had been sold a 3-year-old's phone a phone that had been manufactured back in 2021 and I never should have been sold a.. 3-year-old phone by the clear lake City store. After undergoing two weeks of problems with this phone and frustration I returned it to the clear lake City store and they tried to charge me a 15% restocking charge instead of the Verizon $50 corporate charge for all returns, if you're wise you will not use this store the store on nasa road 1 is terrific has great personnel has people that know how to work with the phones you purchase and they are honest, my personal recommendation is to stay away from the clear lake City boulevard Verizon store, there is no owner on site only somewhat untrained personnel.
