I went to this store on two occasions. Both times, I valued interacting with Lanear who was knowledgeable, focused, and at the ready to assist me. He patiently answered my (many) questions and kindly offered good guidance. At one point, he was working with another customer so he introduced me to Lindsay who was also pleasant. A positive experience at this store.

Would only like to convey that the customer service is/was terrible. Not a friendly atmosphere, nor are the reps friendly either. Rude, stiffed neck people. I'll not ever visit the store again and am also switching to another phone service. For what Verizon charges for phones, it's appalling how the reps treated me on the 2 different times I visited the store. I bless all of you in the name of Jesus, with love, and I mean it. Be watchful in and of how you treat people, because everyone will reap what they've sown whether it be good, bad, ugly or indifferent. The law of reciprocity applies to everyone.

Either their security guard's watch runs early or he was not truthful. The store will close a bit early. Plan ahead even if you are just going to pick up an item real quick. Good luck

Brandon & Heriberto were very helpful in helping us understand the new Pixel 8- appreciate y'all!Update 2 days later on 10/17/23: Ashley was great and efficient with helping me order my new phone and do a trade in! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! :)

This is my experience today. I made a 12 noon appointment online for this store. Was running early (unusual lol) and got there about 11.30am. I opened the Verizon app on the phone like the text messages said, and the app said I was now checked in. About 30 seconds later, two Vz people walked over and asked why I was there. I had a new Apple watch, not bought from them, and I wanted to use the new one, still in the box, to replace the old one on my wrist. Miss Deanna took her tablet and scanned the codes on the box of the new watch and after less than a minute she said "You're good to go. Have a nice day. Any questions?" Uh..that was toooo quick, but she was right. She said just turn off the old one, turn on the new one and hold it near the phone and it would pair and restore and the old cellular plan was already transferred. And you know what happened? She was right! Great job, exceeded my expectations by a lot.

Let me start off with,I originally went to the post oak location looking for a quote well I got one and it wasn’t really what I was looking for so I ended up waiting, so glad I did . The following week I went to this location which is actually closer to me and from the moment I walked in even though it was like a hour before they closed I felt like number one. “Walter”ended up being my specialist and he took excellent care of me he got me every deal possible and I got everything I needed and more. I am more than pleased about my visit and purchase, and my experience with Verizon so far has been excellent! Thank you “Walter “!

I was almost afraid to come into this store based on every review in the last year being negative, but I cautiously came in. I'm from out of state. It was 30 minutes to closing. I was greeted immediately, and given prompt attention by two associates, Frank and Elias. They were friendly and courteous. I was looking for a specific phone (the s22plus in 256 gb). Currently it's in short supply everywhere. They didn't try to upsell me, they showed one in stock, told me it would be about 10 minutes while they verified it was in the store, and then assisted me with the accessories I needed. This is my first Yelp review, and I felt they deserved it.
