We went to the Rio Grand Valley over the holidays. And our phones didn’t work at all. I called the Verizon office which is in McAllen, Texas . They said that “The service from Verizon is very bad over there.” It’s not bad It Doesn’t Work at all. It a waste of money I pay $190. ? To $200. every month for 2 phones. That’s what I was paying at AT&T. I left them because it was cheaper at Verizon. But the price went up after the first month. Don’t go with Verizon it’s not as good as they say. That’s why they give the phones away so you can go with them. And be under CONTRACT for 3 years.

customer service was okay
They greet you when coming inside the store and help you right away
but they add things to your account without asking. Go to a different store if you don’t want extra things added to your account without your permission it’s always the same guy that helps me and does this
and the manager goes behind their ear telling them to add things when we already said no

very disappointed today came in to get my sisters some new iPhone and left with nothing today the employee that was helping me and my mom was very racist and disrespectful I do not find this acceptable please speak up and don’t stay quiet the owner should really look at his employees and be disappointed for having grown adult being disrespectful to a young girl and her mom for just being Mexican the employee that attended us was a grown man with a beard and the only reason he was being racist was because my mom didn’t know any English I’m very disappointed and disgusted do not come here.
