When I lived there, cars often got broken into and the bike racks and package room were raided daily. When concerns were brought to management, they refused to do anything like installing cameras. They also have unreasonable fees at moveout.

I had a good experience at Verdir. The staff were very welcoming and informative. Everyone’s experience is different, so you must visit for yourself. Verdir is a nice property; it is in a convenient location, quiet, and the units have great layouts with nice finishes.

The people working in the front office are very rude and racist, called in for a tour and when I showed up Carla had kicked us out. This is AFTER I had called and confirmed an appointment.
