“First time at the Rooftop Cinema, and I was very impressed! It’s simple yet still works awesomely! My wife and I went as a anniversary date night. It’s around Halloween time so we saw the conjuring movie! Everyone wears a headset to listen to the movie. Volume can be adjusted. It was a perfect evening, perfect weather, it made the whole experience perfect!”

“THIS PLACE IS TOP NOTCH!!!I took my high school class on a field trip here. 30 teenagers and 2 adults. They were AMAZING! They responded to every email almost instantly, and I sent many over many months. They were so accommodating while planning with/dealing with a public school district, I even went the day before and the employee (I think Hannah) walked me through the establishment. Showed me where the students would would be and walked me through the whole process.I was very nervous taking so many people. This was the smoothest field trip day I have every had. My students LOVED it. They had sooo much fun and ask me everyday if we can go again.I am not posting pictures due to privacy of students. But they had a blast. I assigned them a 7 paragraph essay connecting the concepts we cover in class to their experience in the escape room. It was due over a break when students were not in school. I got every single assignment turned in and turned in on time!!! That was a first and shows how much they really did enjoy this and how seamlessly it was able to be connected to our academic content.I can not remember all of the names of the employees that were there. (Please feel free to contact me so I can add your names) But they were just THE BEST. Dealing with that many high school students is not always the easiest, the students were excited to be off campus and were a bit rowdy. These employees were just so nice and helpful and I can not think of more ways to say this but they were simply great. I am truly hoping to make this an annual trip for my classes.I give more than 5 stars.”

“We recently had our company holiday party at The Bell Tower on 34th. It was a beautiful venue and the staff was wonderful. They made it so easy to have our event there. I would highly recommend this location to anyone. DJ E-Trey who works with The Bell Tower DJ'd our event and did an outstanding job keeping the party going and accommodating everyone's music request. 5 Stars for The Bell Tower on 34th.”

“I've never done anything with Virtual Reality before. This is one of the coolest things I've ever done!

You're given a quick lesson on how VR works and made sure you can see what you are supposed to see.

Then you start walking. Which, for me, was weird because I was anticipating I was going to trip, even though we were told it's all flat surfaces.

You touch a floating orb, and you are transported into the International Space Station. Or outside the ISS and watching Earth below; recognizing countries you are traveling over. Seeing sunrises/sunsets from space. Seeing 'people' in the ISS, and they are explaining how things work. You continue walking and touching orbs that transport you to different areas.

You then sit down and watch two astronauts go outside the ISS to repair something, and you feel like you are right there with them.

I would love to do more VR stuff now!”

“Did a wedding here on a Saturday night. Beautiful interior and great venue… parking is front is limited but i believe there is a larger lot in back… not fun for ladies on a cold rainy night. But that is ONLY negative.”

“I booked the hall to save the date. I knew we were going to have my daughters party here. Things changed and I had to cancel due to capacity increase. Robert the owner said, If anything happens to where I have to cancel, I can get my deposit back within 14 days, I sent the deposit. I have to admit, I was a little scared because some places will try to keep you deposit. This man is a person of his word. I did received 100% of my deposit the next day. Thank You!”

“My senior prom took place at El Dorado ballroom and I have to say that it was a really good experience. It was very spacious and could easily hold our class for prom. It looked really nice and was quite clean, everything from the main dance room and the restroom. I would highly recommend it for any events anyone is planning for.”

The event went smoothly; all the staff, decor, food, lighting, etc. merged together seamlessly. “this place is a hidden gem. It's literally next to an auto towing storage place on a small street so it's a little confusing when people arrive and see the exterior, looks almost like a warehouse, BUT it's gorgeous inside. I got the quince package that included basically everything, tables, chairs, linens, quince table, flowerwall or red carpet, centerpieces, table settings, DJ, uplighting system, full wall projects, bar access (1 bartender /100 guests, garnishes and mixers), servers, catering, cake, fruit table, photo & video, photobooth, limo (we actually swapped out limo for 4 additional servers so we could have a sit down dinner instead of buffet style), gift & cake tables, unlimited water, tea and lemonade, outdoor patio space, event coodrinator, courtesy officer and cleaning staff. They have smaller packages, but I wanted the least amount of stress possible. Rosy and Alexis were really good at answering all my questions and providing the best services. One of my favorite things about this venue is their event organization system. I made all the payments online, they have an online portal where I could ask any questions, review our contract, make payments, etc. Most venues I visited did not have this, they just give you a hand written paper receipt and that's it. I'm a s***** for doing things online, so this was really high on my list of things I loved. Another thing I liked a lot was the full wall projectors. I personally made the design of the projection I wanted (I'm OCD like that) but it gave a really nice ambiance to the entire room. I'd never seen anything like this before. I always see just 1 or 2 small projectors or sometimes TVs that have the quinces name and that's it. Also, the fact that they have basically surround sound, that the DJs just hook up to was amazing. Not one of our guests had to sit in front of the large speaker DJs usually have. The DJ just hooks up to their speaker system and that's it. It actually leaves more space for the tables and whatnot. So I can't rave enough about this place. The centerpieces were beautiful. We absolutely loved it. The service Alexis provided on the day of was perfect. All the vendors we worked with through the venue were great. They don’t cut any corners at all. The VIP room in the back is perfect for getting ready. Spacious bathrooms and lots of mirrors for the teens & young adults taking selfies. Overall an amazing venue.”

“My daughter's 15 was this past July 27 2024. We were very happy with all the service. From day one, Vanessa was very professional and attentive. You can tell she really loves her job. During the event , the service was very excellent. The waitresses were very diligent . The decoration was amazing. Everyone of my guests enjoyed the moment, and they loved the place. I recommend 100 % this venue for you special occasions . LA FOUNTAIN (ORIGINAL ). Recomiendo este lugar al 100 % para tu evento especial.”

“I've been here for other events but most recently for the nutcracker market.

We weren't happy with parking Apex parking people - they had a huge section roped off for valet and not a lot of cars and a small section for handicap. They were making handicap people walk. A supervisor was rude when an attendant tried to ask. I heard him say, " Tell them they have to walk."
Other than that, everything was great at NRG.”

“We saw a fun Christmas show with several well-known local musicians who put on a great show. The venue is retro, but very interesting and well suited as a concert venue. Book early if you want to reserve a table up front, but there is plenty of floor and balcony seating. We sat downstairs in the row seating and the views were fine. Next time, we'll probably try balcony seating to get that view of the show. We look forward to attending more concerts here in the future.”

“Wonderful views of Downtown Houston, I haven’t tried all food but I was bit impressed with the tacos I had. Overpriced and meat wasn’t seasoned and too dry. The venue is very nice however after being there for an hour there isn’t much to do.”

My fellow assistant got on the line and told him what do you want. He answered. “Come here for the Thursday BINGO night. It is family friendly and group friendly. Be sure to come early because it gets really packed inside and the parking lot. Payment is cash only. You must pay for cork fee if you bring wine or liquor. I believe $4. The bingo cards for a night of bingo is $15 each. Another expense is the dotters to make your bingo card, which are sold for $2 each. If you don’t use this you can use a pen or marker but it will take you longer. Bring your own food and liquor /wine. It’s a really good time! Doors open at 5:30pm and BINGO starts at 7pm.”

This store has been open ever since 2021 and Ruby Amare is the owner of the store. Ruby is a great person. We all hope to see as many people as possible to come to this store. “A great event space for groups of 50-80! Michael was so helpful and responsive in helping us reserve the space for a birthday party and made sure we had everything we needed. The included outdoor turfed area was a great bonus too to play cornhole and hang out outside. Ping pong table was also a big hit for many! Highly recommend for anyone looking for event space.We had so many people comment on how nice the space was! Don’t be turned off by the exterior of the office building!”
