Hands down one of the best high rise, residential communities in the Med Center. The service, the location, the amenities, and the updated layout plans are truly what makes this property a luxury product. Shout out to the A team that makes this place an exceptional experience every day: Damian, Milly, Bailey, and most important Nick the head of maintenance.

Great location close to the TMC area. The apartment in itself is very new and is secure. Has great amenities. Some of the apartments have a great view of both the TMC and downtown. Very impressed with the tour that I had. Damion was very kind and informative. Overall had a pleasant experience.

We are from out of state and were in search of a short-term rental for medical treatments in Houston. As soon as we walked into Vantage, we were warmly greeted by Damian Valentine, the Leasing Manager. Although we did not have an appointment and he was very busy, he graciously made time for us and informed us of the Guest Suites they have available. He gave us a tour of the fully furnished apartment and luxurious amenities. His charm and infectious positive attitude immediately drew us in. We were in communication via email to sign the rental agreement to secure the apartment which was very convenient. When we arrived to check-in, we were happy to see his smiling face as he promptly escorted us to our apartment. So far we are absolutely loving it here at Vantage!

My family and I came in Sunday morning from Louisiana to see if we can get a tour for a 2 bed 2 bath but leasing was unavailable. The lobby of apartment was gorgeous. We were greeted with the upmost welcome and was very impressed by the customer service that was provided to us by the concierge( Iman) she was very much helpful in answering all our questions. We found another apartment because we were in a hurry but this was definitely our first choice. Next time we are in Houston we definitely would like to stay here.

The management is A+. Alberto Ramis is outstanding!!!! He has been in frequent contact with me regarding the electric outage and he worked with us on move in date as a result. He responds quickly to any questions, too. He is wonderful and has guided us through everything!!! Margie is also wonderful!!!! She is professional and kind and answered some of our questions. She knew we were waiting for a delayed package and immediately called me when she saw it arrive. She goes above and beyond. Damian was also great!!!! He and Alberto helped us when we arrived for move in. I cannot say enough good things about the management and employees of Vantage Med Center. They made a stressful situation non-stressful.

This review is on day 6 of a power outage at the Vantage. I’ve been staying the past month and the building , amenities and most importantly the staff are wonderful. The hurricane rolled through and the utility cut power. I give the staff 5 stars particularly Damian and Margie who were on top of it from the outset to do what they could to ease the situation.

Alberto was incredible and knowledgeable in helping me navigate my apartment search. He was patient and immediately responsive in answering my many questions. Upon my arrival, he took the steps to show me the building to ensure a smooth move-in. I give him my highest of recommendations and look forward to my time living at the beautiful Vantage Med Center.
