Took truck for estimate. Thinking by using the dealer for my brand new truck I would get quick easy seamless service and repair. Received emails and calls repeatedly informing me they have the parts in stock and repair should be 3-4 days. Took truck for repair. 1 week later received call that they were having trouble matching color of the truck and they would call in a specialist. A week later call came truck is ready and I drive down and the damaged area is a totally different color. They finally call in the specialist another week later truck is ready. Paint matches successfully but my parking lamps on the headlamps don’t work. Repair cost was also inflated due to it being an insurance claim. Estimate included replacing many unnecessary parts with brand new to drive up cost of repairs. Not saying don’t deal with them just beware! ?

Easiest $150 they ever made in 60 seconds of looking at my truck barely assessed the damage went to two other places and they went into way further detail looking into the damage FOR FREE since when did you have to pay for an estimate anyway won’t return calls or text or voicemails either

This shop deserves more than 5 star rating.I had my 2020 Volvo VNL 860 in for major roof repair,fairings replacement,muffler replacement,etc and it was done ever before the time frame that was given to us.The quality od work is top notch and customer service is amazing.Hector was my guy that I was dealing with and if you have truck that has been in accident or need any body repairs on your truck,ask for Hector.I am impressed.I knew that this was a professional body and collision center but I did not know that they were gonna be this fast in getting my truck back to me and that the quality of work was gonna be top notch.Thanks Hector and rest of the technicians that worked on my truck.Once again,this was major major repair and it was done in 2 weeks.That is impressive.Service: Body & Trim

Took the truck there on Monday for an estimate. I was told that the estimate would be on Tuesday. Tuesday came, and no estimate. Called on Wednesday and was told that the estimate should be ready Thursday or Friday. Called back Friday and was told to bring the truck so they can take deeper look at it. These people wanted til Friday (when I called them)to tell me this BS. Just UNPROFESSIONAL
