Shipping is very slow and you normally get an email informing “your shipment is running late”. Their system had a glitch and my order was sent to my old address. Customer Service was unwilling to review their system to check the information I provided and practically they told me it was not their fault. I will never buy again from them.

We were here over the weekend to purchase the Initio Side Effect parfum. We approached the counter to inquire about the product. A snobby, elderley Hispanic guy name Carlos (I got his name before we left), was on his phone with his eyes glued to the screen while I was talking to him. He did not even look up or make eye contact, he made sure that his priority was his phone message and not the customer. Businesses should NEVER hire useless people like this, especially at a "high end" department store, they drive away business. We left and purchased the same product at Saks Fifth Avenue. The total for the product was $411, they gave us samples, a gift bag, and a $50 gift card. You can buy any of the products they have at Neiman Marcus at Sak Fifth Avenue, but they will offer better customer service, and offer gifts and extras along with your purchase. I recommend that if you want an attentive employee of a company that will show you respect, you should avoid Neiman Marcus at ALL COST.

Went to Neiman Marcus yesterday and was attended by Charlie Hinojosa, he was outstandingly helpful and friendly. I loved how passionate and helpful he was about fragrances. I left with a bunch of newly discovered fragrances that I will look more into thanks to him!

Don’t go to here, especially to Parfums de Marly. There’s a saleswoman here that’s very disrespectful and doesn’t let you sample thoroughly. Me and my friend were testing and she came in rude basically saying “don’t sample if you’re not buying.” She didn’t even work at the section. Also they were not busy so what was the rush to get rid of us. Very disrespectful and unprofessional. How are you a salesperson if your approach is that. Nasty attitude. 100% avoid this section.

Went to the store today to make a return and HUI LING was the associate helping me and she just brushed me off to the lovely SUE who had no problem helping me finish a return . But I had asked hui to help me and she didn’t wanna help me . Costumer service was horrible from

By far the worst customer service experience. I purchased 2 wallets online, track delivery and showed delivered BUT no where insight. I contacted customer service and stated the delivery guy stated it was delivered. I said where is the proof? Picture? Anything matching my home? CS did not provide any proof other than word of mouth. What type of people does Neiman Marcus hire? Clearly criminals because they stole my wallets. For a “high-end company” do not hire trust worthy people to deliver expensive products!! 1st and only time I will ever buy from this establishment. The worst!!!!!

If you ever need a cologne/perfume please talk to Charlie. He is THE GOAT. A great human being with multiple stories to tell. He knows his fragrances VERY well, and every recommendation is a 10/10.
