I went to get my oil changed yesterday since we were needing to leave out of town for an emergency. We are ended up postponing our departure for the morning. My husband took my truck to get checked out before we hit the road and to our discovery, they had left a lot of things loose and uncovered and a left the filthy air filter! Mind you, I heard the gentleman talking to the workers to make sure everything was tightened. this is yet another reason as to why I don't trust large commercialized establishments. Or maybe they just thought they could get over on me because I'm a woman. Either way, I don't recommend going to this location. I thought they had done a great job until we found everything under the hood a little undone or untouched at all. I could have ended up stranded with my children in the middle of nowhere because of someone's negligence.

What a great experience being my first time coming to Valvoline to get my oil changed.Was the first in just after 8 this morning and was greeted by Issac, my service representative.Issac was kind and courteous and kept the conversation flowing while having me go through some courtesy maintenance checks on my car.The oil change went smoothly, and I had Issac put in my new air filter, along with resetting my maintenance light.Outstanding job, excellent service and I will be back!!

The experience I had for a simple oil change was more than expected. You are greeted over the phone and in person with excellent communication and patience. The entire arrival, service, and payment was smooth and quick. They went the extra mile to explain to me in detail what services I needed and the pricing. The pricing is reasonable by the way! I am only using them moving forward.

Went to get an oil change and no one was there 10 minutes past opening. Called the line and they said they couldn’t figure out why no one was staffing it. Just odd and unprofessional.

Extremely fast service, you would spend hours waiting at most dealerships. You get to see what the employees are doing. They communicate with you professionally and make let you know of certain key points. The manager was straight to the point no unnecessary talks. Overall the best service. First time visiting this establishment and I felt comfortable and welcome. I didn’t get the first guys name, but he took care of me (works at the Kirby location)as well as the manager Joshua/David. I felt at ease when he said there were no stupid questions! LolIt’s great to sit in your car while the techs work and then your outta there! ?I will return.
