I stopped by just to check out their inventory. Ended up buying a few items. Would have bought more but I had an appointment. So I'll definitely be back. Both the managers and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was really very rude and made me feel very embarrassed . I walked in and told I couldn’t shop. I was told I had to put my bag on counter. I left and will not be going back to that location. I love Value Village but that is unacceptable.

I like this store, but the prices are really high on average. If they rotated the stock a little faster and had fitting rooms it would be justified, but it's just an expensive thrift store that doesn't really stand out. They also have a lot of stuff that's well past having any value cluttering up the floor. I would say about 30% of the inventory is trash.

I have a been a client since its beginning in that place, and everything is fine, I just didn't like something, it is my routine that I always go there, I came first to check other books because I am a lover of books of any genre, but I have realized that they have made it too expensive, who determines the price? It's a lot, some justify it slightly but the others don't, I hope whoever is in charge reads my complaint, thanks in advance.

It’s a thrift store, it’s dusty and musty but you can find some cute stuff if you look. They have a rewards program and deals on certain days.
