EVERYTHING EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! This is not low income friendly at all can’t afford to shop here. This place used to be affordable but now since social media has it on the rise, all pieces are over $10. If you have $100 to spend this is your place to be. Crazy how they charge high prices for free donated clothing! Ridiculous

SUPER cheap prices, VERY good value and I was able to get a whole new wardrobe for less than 100$. the cashier quickly scanned all my things and was super nice.10/10 I recommend

We been costumers for more than 15 years we are very great-full to have a second hand store like Value Village on 1811 Gessner , we love the deals and the friendly customer service from the management team and on this time of inflation we need stores like Value Village on Gessner.

Value Village is a spectacular second-hand store, with very good quality of clothing, I am a frequent customer, especially the store that is located at 1811 Gessner Rd, Houston TX because it is always very well stocked, but like me, many people have uncomfortable because it is a slightly dirty place, it does not have a proper fitting room inside the store, but you have to use a bathroom in the back that is quite dirty and prone to theft, so the manager of the store (which is already quite rude and harasses customers inappropriately and also confronts them even without having even left the store) has decided that they will not let them try and that they will also not accept returns of the product, imagine that on my last visit last week I found a dress from very good quality with a price of only 80 dollars in a second-hand store where everything is donated and she couldn't prove it to me because according to her other people had been stealing a lot and that's why everyone pays and on top of that she couldn't return it, This disappointed me because as a company it has to look for methods from alarms to other methods to avoid these thefts and not take this measure that could even harm sales, thank you and I hope that my comment can help solve the problem and thus you can continue delighting with their products and services.
