I WANT TO MAKE A COMPLAINT ABOUT THIS EMPLOYEE HE IS THE WORST TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PLACE HE IS ALWAYS IN A BAD MOOD AND IS AGGRESSIVE WITH ALL THE PEOPLE HE DESCRIMINATES HE SOLD ME A CHAIN FOR 600 AND IT WAS NOT GOLD WHEN I CAME TO COMPLAIN HE DIDN'T WANT TO RETURN THE MONEY AND WHEN I GOT IT HE RETURNED HALF THE MONEY TO ME HE WAS WASTED IT IS LATINO HONDUREŃO

Terrible experience, the employee who says he is a manager of Honduran origin is too terrible. I went to pawn my gold items and just because we were saying that we didn't like some of the things they sold, he said that he didn't accept criticism and he ran us out of the store and said that he wasn't going to accept our gold because he doesn't like people. who comes and talks a lot. My question is... how does it affect you??? We were talking about bags, flowers, etc., never about him. He said that even though he didn't own the store, we should leave. Well the store loses because we were customers for 6 years.

Very bad experience I was wanting to get a pawn out and manager there told me to listen to him while I talk to him as if I was a kid what I'm trying to take care of grown man responsibilities I wouldn't recommend this place attitude is terrible

I luv this pawnshop u guys I really do I think they make great choices when it comes to who runs their stores....But unfortunately I have a bad review and u guys can look at my reviews, I can count on 3 fingers how many not so good reviews I had to rite! But thus is the 5th time I've literally brought this store some business, this the 5th time was my mom! I'm not to sure her name but she the manager and yes she does have a personal issue with me, and I don't make accusations unless they have merit guys but she has literally turned my mom down on 3 items she has zero problems pawning at the store on 1960 and veterans memorial, witch is where we're heading now! She never smiles, I don't Wanna cause her problems but she's not packing fair and that my friends iz bad 4 business so u guys r gonna have to tell her to keep her personal feelings and sour attitude at home please I'm so disappointed in this choice for management yall ! She gets a big fat....THUMBS DOWN

Well today was the first time I’ve had a bad experience with them the manager that’s there is very unprofessional after I get my stuff from there I’m never going back there again until they get another manager she is rude and don’t listen
